1. Violation of any of the following rules will lead to immediate eviction and forfeiture of the rents and deposits. 2. Strict adherence to the maximum occupancy limit (6) is to be observed per your rental agreement. Maximum occupancy is defined as the maximum number of persons (including all ages) to be occupying the rental. 3. Tenancies shall not commence before 3:00 PM. No member of your party should arrive at the property before check-in. Check out is 10:00 AM prompt - all personal items should be removed from the property and keys should be left in the rental property on the counter. 4. There shall be absolutely NO SMOKING or other use of tobacco products allowed inside or within 15 feet of any entrance to any of the structures on the property. 5. Please enjoy your stay while being considerate of others. Good neighbors are much nicer and prone to help you should an emergency arise. 6. The use of any controlled or dangerous substances, regulated by the laws of the State of Maine or the United States, are strictly prohibited on the property. 7. The Owners reserve the right to enter and inspect the premises for damage, waste or illegal activity, should the need arise. 8. Absolutely NO PETS of any nature, kind or species shall be allowed on the property. 9. Tenants shall agree that they will not remove or alter any plant material on the property. 10. Tenant and/or guests, shall make no alterations to the PROPERTY under any circumstances for any reason. The tenant shall notify the owners in the event the tenant feels there is a problem that requires some form of action either with respect to the property or any personal property located thereon. 11. Tenant and/or guests are strictly prohibited from accessing the shed, the balcony area of the property, the crawl space located in the basement and the washer/dryer is not to be used. 12. Tenant shall refill the wood and kindling bins located inside the property 13.Tenant WILL remove all trash and empty cans
