Our four bedroom, two bath home sleeps ten people comfortably. The two upstairs bedrooms have one antique oak double bed and a queen sleigh bed. The downstairs bedrooms have a queen bed with attached bath and another large bedroom with two queen beds. This home comes with all conveniences of home. The kitchen appliances include a wok, rice cooker, toaster, mixer, popcorn maker, microwave, blender, eclectic dishes, dishwasher, range, coffee maker & Keurig. Plenty of wine, margarita and other assorted beverage glassess and a cocktail recipe book. The liquor and grocery stores are just a few blocks from our home. The washer & dryer room is off of kitchen. Outside ammenties include a propane BBQ, picnic table, double car garage with workbench, lawn chairs and a great neighborhood. There is no air conditioning, fans are provided.

Purchased house in 2004 at a yard sale. Beautiful downtown location. We live in Harrison, Idaho. Vacation Rental allows the family to use the house when not rented for all the ammenities of a destination location. Best of both worlds.

The place was clean, spacious, and in an amazing location. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The house had everything we needed!
this house is in a lovely location
For being so close to downtown this house is in a quiet neighborhood. A clean house and comfortable beds is important to me. It makes the stay lovely or miserable, this was lovely. It is walking distance to parks, the lake, hiking, and shopping. Morning coffee shops are just a few minutes walk away. The parking was excellent, The layout of the house was perfect for a couple families to be there and not feel crowded. The boys loved the foosball table downstairs. My family had rented several houses in the area for a reunion and we rented the smallest of the houses but it was the most comfortable, the furniture was well appointed. Not too many breakable decorative items on tables yet the decor was perfect for a beautiful house. There were games available and books to read. The kids, of course, loved the TV channel choices. The owners were available when needed. I would stay again without a second thought. If the backyard was fenced entirely so the little kiddos could play outside on their own that would have made this a 5 star house.
Great location - great home
The house is centrally located in easy walking distance to downtown as well as quick marts. The area is very quiet in the evenings. With no a/c the upstairs does get a bit warm but downstairs stayed very pleasant with 100 degree weather. The home is adequately supplied and with 8 of us there was plenty of room. The backyard was nice in the evening and the neighbors were very friendly. We would definitely rent again if we're in the area.
Great location and price
This cozy home was perfect for our family of six adults. The location was great, the house was clean and well furnished and we especially appreciated the laundry room as we had spent the previous three days hiking in Glacier National Park. The only real drawbacks were no air conditioning and at least one of the mattresses needs to be replaced (we rolled to the middle). Maybe we came during a heat wave (upper 80’s & lower 90’s) But the South-facing living room and front bedroom were super hot in the afternoons and took a good while to cool down in the evenings. The backyard in the evenings was nice, though.

Our home situated in the Garden District is a 4 block walk to McEuen Park and from there Coeur d'Alene Lake and the city beach. There is great dinning and shopping all along Sherman Ave and 4th street. The famed Coeur d'Alene Resort is about a 10 minute walk from our front door. Our location makes it easy to explore downtown without the need for driving.
Silverwood Theme Park is 30 minutes away and there are 3 ski resorts close. Schweitzer Mountain, Silver Mountain and Lookout Pass are all an easy commute.
