Two kayaks and adult-sized life jackets are in the yard for your use, and beach towels and mats are supplied for your leisurely walk to the beach. At the other end of the point, 4 and 1/2 miles away, is the Park Point recreation area with sailing and boat launch facilities. You can arrange to park your boat in the back yard and then dock at the end of the point. Housebroken dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit.
Even though close to canal park, the home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is licensed as a vacation rental, Permit, #PL14-069, and Hotel/Motel License #700021. Loud parties, excessive drinking, or substance abuse are not welcome at this home or in our neighborhood. Also please note that the owner has the right to come and go from the basement apartment 24/7.
