Amazing views of downtown Los Angeles from the living room, master bedroom and outdoor terrace! 2 minutes to Sunset Boulevard for convenient access to Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

Living room is beautifully furnished with fireplace, outdoor deck, with direct access to three private terrace. Cook's kitchen has large island, wine cooler, built-in BBQ and opens to dining room and sitting area and casual TV viewing area. Laundry & utility room is just off the kitchen area with a door to keep things tidy and private.

Three spacious master suites each with its own private bath (tub plus shower) offer nice separation for privacy. BR . All new furnishings, all new beds, top of the line mattresses, all purchased new in 2015..When you are renting a home you want comfortable beds, a well-stocked and spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook and to entertain, plenty of comfortable seating areas for visiting, watching TV or reading ,indoor-outdoor space to enjoy the sublime weather, and plenty of terraces to take in the outstanding City views.

What makes this house unique

The prestige and City views provided by a sunny, modern villa beautifully positioned in the much-sought-after Hollywood Hills, coupled with quick access to the Sunset Strip for convenient access to restaurants, shops, entertainment of wherever you're headed.

Garage parking (1 SUV or two smaller cars) and easy street parking for additional vehicles (or tell your guests to valet at the Chateau Marmont and stroll a few blocks up the hill).

Each of the three upstairs bedrooms has its own En Suite full bath. And there is a powder room near the kitchen.

A terrace adjacent to the kitchen has a built-in gas grill -- barbecuing doesn't get more convenient than this.

Take the steps up from the deck just outside the living room to a high terrace with the best City views on the property. Sit and sip a beverage and enjoying looking out over Hollywood, and downtown beyond, or look in another direction to take in the historic Stahl house higher up in the Hills.

We were a family of two adults and two teenagers and this was the perfect house for us. The house was even better than the photo's suggest and the view from the living room and master bedroom were stunning at any time of the day or night. The house was beautifully styled and equipped with everything you might need, truly a home from home. We all loved so much, we hope to return soon.

This was so far the best Homeaway experience! The house was super cool, very spacious, well equipped, located in a beautiful area close to everything we needed. Me and my family felt like locals and enjoyed every minute staying at the house.

Beautiful home and exactly as advertised!

We had an amazing stay at Rick's home. The house is beautiful and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It's in a great location with a beautiful view but only a few minutes drive to the main streets. Rick was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. We needed a rental crib delivered in advance of our stay and he totally helped facilitate that. Thanks so much!!
