There are two full bathrooms, one on each level. The downstairs bathroom features antique decoration and a modern-style/open concept shower. The upstairs bathroom, designed with the Victorian age of the home in mind, features an updated walk-in shower and a decorative antique-style clawfoot tub (will be connected in the future, but in the meantime you can soak in the hottub year-round!), as well as antique finishings throughout. As we intend this home to be a place to rest and relax, much time and detail was given in particular to the bathrooms.
The house and property are close to Bethel’s town center, as well as within 30 minutes of nearby attractions and destinations such as Woodstock, Killington ski area, Montpellier, the famous Rt-100, and countless other places and drives. However, the property also sits on a private and wooded hill on 2 acres, and manages to feel secluded and relaxing while being within easy reach of some of the best of Central VT.
The house also features a brand new and fully functioning hot tub, with speakers and a built-in subwoofer, that overlooks the field and foliage.
We also hope you enjoy the artwork, individually and personally selected for each room.
Guests will have access to all features within the house, as well as the hot tub.
