Lovely one bedroom with sleeping den that is essentially a two bedroom. One Bedroom has a queen bed and the other two twin bed that trundle. There is a small garage for a small car or street parking for a larger vehicle. The apartment is roomy so it's perfect for a long term stay or for a traveling family. There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit and an outside patio. Trendy Sunset Junction is 3 blocks away with shopping, cafes, restaurants and nightclubs.

Convenient and clean
Overall, this property worked fine for us. The kitchen was well stocked and it was a quiet place to sleep. But we did find that the living room only seated three people and as a group of four this was not ideal. Also, it should be noted that parking could be difficult as the garage is very small and on-street parking was not that easy to find. The bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom. We didn't really mind this, but think it's useful to know. There are some decent restaurants within walking distance.
Nice place, good location
The accommodation itself is very pleasant and was adequately sized for our family of four. There are two bedrooms and the children slept in a bed that had a roll out bed. The lounge / kitchen area was fine. Everything was clean and sufficient bedding and towels were provided. The location is really good. Close to bus routes on Sunset boulevard and not far from the metro at Sunset and Vermont. We were only in LA for 3 full days and our itinerary included Hollywood boulevard, Griffith's observatory and universal studios. For visiting those places, N Hoover st is a great location. On reflection our only criticism is that it could be a bit better equipped. For example there were only 3 mugs and there wasn't a bottle opener - for either beer or wine. The AC in the main bedroom was also pretty loud but that's not really a fault of the accommodation because a lot of AC units are quite noisy. That aside, it was a really good place to stay and we would rent there again. The information provided by Walt was very thorough.
Excellent location and neighborhood. Moderately clean and comfortable. Be careful with the garage! Access can be tricky. Easy walk to restaurants, farmer's market and coffee. Shopping is close too. Kitchen is spartan but serviceable.
This property and owner were great. It was the perfect size for our family of three. The llocation is convenient and you really get a feel for living in the area. The kitchen had everything we needed, and plenty of soap, shampoo, and towels were provided. The parking was a concern we had since the small garage was mentioned, but we had no trouble fitting a Sorento in it. We had to be careful, but it fit fine with the door open. There was also street parking available almost all of the time

We were in town to catch up with friends and see a gig Downtown which was a 10min Uber ride away, so this place worked perfectly for us.
