About Tim Gleason

This home is a special place for us. Coastal living was ingrained in each of us as children. Morgan spent her summers in Gulf Shores, AL, and Tim grew up on the NJ shore. When we married, we knew we wanted to recreate that experience for our own children and this house has been a dream come true for us. We hope it will be for your family as well!

There are (2) full mattresses in the home, so it sleeps 11 adults on REAL beds or 14 total w/ kids doubling up on the 'Full' mattresses and using the sofa-sleeper in the Master Bedroom. We prefer to cap total occupancy at 13 based on living space.

Tenant Rules: No Pets. This is not a party house - it is a family vacation destination. (Leave the beer can launchers at home.) Minimum age for primary renter is 25. STRICT PARKING enforcement. There are only (4) parking spots. STREET PARKING NOT AUTHORIZED. If you bring a boat, LEAVE THE TRAILER AT MARINA. Squeezing a boat trailer into the garage is impossible (Your husband can't pull it off - neither can mine). If you require more than (4) vehicles to get to your vacation (We have kids too, we get it), please contact us for parking options that will work for all of us. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a boat. (We speak nautical). We will provide some additional info that could enrich your boating experience. We ask that you would treat our home and our neighbors just as you would your own. Parking and rowdy behavior is the #1 cause of tenant friction.

Owner is great to work with. Location is perfect, close to a lot and quiet. We had 9 people in our 3 generation party and no one felt crowded. Ocean out front and cove in the back is a great combo. Kid friendly home.

Fantastic property on Pensacola Beach

We visited Pensacola Beach in January and stayed in this beautiful property. It is well kept and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was amazing for this of us who like to cook and not eat out all the time. There were amenities galore and the owners are very hands-on and helpful regarding places to eat, shop and what to do while in the area. (Although we never saw them:) ) The property is directly across from the beach with an unobstructed view of the ocean. It was easy to walk to most things we wanted to do. If you're looking for a place in Pensacola Beach, it needs to be this one!

Great Fall Break!

After our original plans for Fall Break were cancelled last minute due to damage from Hurricane Nate, we were incredibly lucky to find this home at the last minute!

The location of the home was perfect for 2 families who wanted to spend almost all of our time on the Beach (which was right across the street!) The beach wasn't too busy and we were able to come and go easily to prepare meals for the whole crew! (Its also just outside the bustle of Pensacola Beach but close to some great restaurants!)

The Home itself was perfect for 2 families (but probably even big enough for a third!) The huge island in the kitchen was great to prepare large meals and had more than enough seating with a dining table as well! We also thoroughly enjoyed the back area which always stayed cool and was a great place for the kids to eat as well! You may even spot some pretty cool wildlife by the docks out back!

To top it off the Gleasons were amazing to work with!

Entering Pensacola Beach from Gulf Breeze, take a right at the traffic light. Pass the Beach Ball on your left, and the home is 1.7 miles on the right, just past Peg Leg Pete's restaurant.

You won't want to miss out on the fabulous dining at Flounder's Chowder House, Hemingway's, or Peg Leg Pete's while you're here.

It's easy to spend a whole week at the beach, but don't forget to visit Fort Pickens and the Gulf Islands Seashore. Witness this fabulous piece of history and transit through some of the most pristine natural wildlife refuges along the coast to get there!

If you have time, take a mainland tour to the Naval Aviation Museum on board NAS Pensacola and watch a Blue Wahoo's minor league baseball game on the way home! Don't forget to grab dinner on Palafox Street - over 15 Bars and Restaurants in this historic section of Downtown Pensacola ensures there's something for everyone in your party!
