This cozy 1 bed + loft lake cabin is great for couples or small families who enjoy the outdoors! The bedroom features bunk beds for littles to snuggle down at bedtime. The loft features a mid-century modern Queen bed for the grown-ups. The décor is a mix of new items for your comfort + vintage finds. Basic kayaks, inflatables, and life jackets are provided for fun on the water! Sit on the deck or dock to enjoy the peace & serenity of this quiet, non-motorized little lake in the woods. 4 adult & 2 toddler-sized life jackets are provided. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing basic meals. Stacked laundry units in bathroom. The flat-screen TV can be used for watching DVDs/Blue-Rays or Netflix. The cabin now has fast, fiber internet service! NOTE: --Stairs to loft are steep and ladder-like, & are not recommended for anyone with balance or mobility issues. --Wood stove indoors & fire pit outdoors may be used only when no burn ban is in effect. Please exercise good judgment & take proper precautions with fire. --Lake is private & no lifeguard is on duty.

Great getaway!

Hillary, the owner, was excellent. What’s listed in the description of the property is spot on. We thought it was great she checked in via the VRBO app to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we had any questions. We travelled here during record breaking temperatures but we had a great time and floated in the lake to keep cool. Our kids enjoyed the games that were available. The view from the property is beautiful and the neighborhood is peaceful! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Nice Getaway

Hilary has a nice cabin with it's own dock! It was too chilly for us to get on the water, but hope to come back again in the future.

Quiet and pleasant

A great little place with everything you need to be away for a long weekend. The cabin has all the basics- nice deck, bed on the loft is very comfortable, nice TV and sound system with classic DVDs, plus dock and kayaks you can take out on the lake. It’s very quiet and a pleasant place to spend a couple of days. Great and helpful communications from the owner.

Peaceful just what we needed

This property was absolutely perfect for us. This is a down to Earth, no frills,( with just the right amount of amenities) clean, has everything you need, peaceful, quaint home. Hilary is amazing at getting back to you and providing you with all the information and comforts you need. The lake was great and Hilary provides you with lots of fun provisions for the lake. Please take good care of her home on your visit.
