Reasonably priced cabin in the woods.
The cabin was clean and spacious. The queen bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The location is an easy drive to Yellowstone National Park’s west entrance.
It was very accommodation for us with great access to fly fishing
Very clean and well kept. Comfortable furniture and nice selection of movies! We were looking for quiet and found it. A small grill for the deck was all we missed and would be a nice addition. The little electric grill wasn’t good for steaks and the big grill was just to big ! Not a criticism at all just a suggestion!
Very Nice Cabin
We enjoyed our stay in the area at this nice cabin. It was just as described and very comfortable. The area was quiet and restful. The host was very accommodating and made sure everything was in good working order.
Roomy and Peaceful
We found the cabin to be very roomy for us (4 adults) and enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. The cabin is in a very quiet area but close to the highway and easy access to Yellowstone.
Great cozy cabin in beautiful setting
Nice cozy cabin
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It took a bit longer to get into Yellowstone National Park than we anticipated, but after becoming more familiar with the area we realized that unless you pay a premium price or settle for a smaller unit we were in a good area. It was very peaceful and we had everything we needed. I might mention that if you like to read or do other activities that require good lighting that was difficult to come by after dark. The windows, most of which don't open, provided enough lighting during the day along with the wall sconces. The beds were comfortable and we had enough comfy seating - a sectional (2 recliner chair sections, corner table area and couch section) along with a much used loveseat - for the 4 of us in the living area and 5 chairs around a nice sized table in the eating area. There was plenty of room to pull up our car close to the front deck. There were several fans which we made use of when we were in the cabin since we had it closed up all day while we were out playing tourist and it would be warm and stuffy when we returned. The cabin seems well suited for cooler weather with lots of blankets and heating strips along the baseboard. We didn't need those at this time of year, but I'm sure they'd be welcome in the cooler weather. As city people we weren't prepared for the lack of Internet/WiFi connection in and around Island Park, Yellowstone and the Grand Teton area. It was good to disconnect though. Thanks to our hosts for their quick response to any questions we had and their sincere desire to make our visit as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.
