Very clean and private condo with a balcony out every door! Take the elevator up to 5M and sit back and relax! Don't worry about having to load up in the car everyday - we are conveniently located just a 1/2 mile from the Great Smoky Mt. Parkway, home to some of Gatlinburg's biggest attractions! During the holidays, walk to the parkway for the Christmas parade or watch 4th of July fireworks from the master balcony!

Why Karen Bradberry chose East

We have been visiting Gatlinburg and The Smoky Mountains since we were young and have continued that tradition with our children. We wanted a place that our family could carry on the "hey! let's go to Gatlinburg" tradition. Somewhere that would be familiar to the children as they grow and a place we could be proud of for years to come. This unique condo caught my eye immediately and my we absolutely love the layout and the location. It's close to downtown, easy walk to Mynatt park where you can cook out, picnic and play in LeConte Creek...or you can walk down to the Log Cabin Pancake House for breakfast and never have to crank your vehicle or try to find parking. We love it and hope you will too!

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is very private and quiet. You do not have to walk thru a lobby to get to your door...and the private parking and elevator are great! As you can see in our pictures, you don't even have to drive anywhere to see a black bear!!

Very nice layout, nicely decorated, clean, very comfortable beds.

Great place, we were just there for a weekend but would have enjoyed staying longer. Easy to find, and get into. Had no problems, had a great stay. Beds are very comfy.

Excellent Accomodations!!!

Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Top floor unit 5M is the best choice - high enough to clearly see the mountains and does not directly face another hotel. Easy walk to the downtown area without needing to find a parking spot (major plus in my book). After spending 35+ years visiting the area, this is one of the best condos we have enjoyed . . . highly recommended.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family while exploring the Smoky Mountains. Very comfortable, clean and a perfect location. We appreciated the comfy beds, plush towels and the nice little touches that were included. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Rental!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. This is a place we would stay at again and again. Extremely clean, well cared for, and exactly as described. Karen is so helpful and prompt to respond to everything. Close enough to the strip for us, but also far away enough for peace and quiet. We will DEFINITELY be back when visiting Gatlinburg.
