About Tracey Arvieux

We purchased this home for our family because we fell in love with the area. When we came to view the house there were deer sleeping in the backyard. It is so peaceful here. We have remodeled it to how we like it for fun and relaxation. We had to move to Phoenix to work but do not want to let our home go so we are hoping this will help us pay to keep it in our family.

Tracey Arvieux purchased this house in 2011

Why Tracey Arvieux chose Canyon Country & Northeast

This is the best neighborhood in Flagstaff for the experience of the Ponderosa forest, we call the master bedroom our tree house because when you lay in bed all you can see are trees and its very relaxing. Flagstaff and Northern Arizona have so much to offer but the best is just sitting on the deck watching the elk walk by.

What makes this house unique

Great outdoor space. Custom home. Beautiful woodwork and stone work. Quiet and private. Lots of wildlife. This is the best house to stay if you want to see wildlife. Best Location in Flagstaff for vacation and relaxation.

Cozy and relaxing

  • 5 of 5

We just got home from our 4 night stay at this wonderful cabin! We had the absolute best time and got a ton of much needed relaxing in. Tracey was very helpful and had great communication before and during our stay. The cabin was stocked with all the necessities needed for our stay. All we had to bring was our food. We enjoyed relaxing on the huge deck! And we saw elk and deer every single day. It was wonderful being able to bring our dogs with us! The dog run and the ability to close off the deck was amazing. Plus we got to have one incredible snow day while we were there! Thank you for providing a cozy cabin for a lovely family getaway.

Family trip to Flagstaff for NAU Graduation

  • 5 of 5

I booked this home over 6 months ago for my daughter's graduation. The house was spacious and the outside deck was perfect. The fire pit was nice for evenings and the large retractable umbrella for the mid-day heat. My granddaughters enjoyed the play area. We ate most meals in just because it was easier since we had two small children. We were able to invite my daughter's friends for lunch after graduation and there was plenty of room for parking. The neighborhood was beautiful and conveniently located. Tracey was immediately available for any questions I had. My first time to rent a vrbo was a great experience.

Perfect Location for the NPX!

  • 5 of 5

Perfect Location for the North Pole Experience. The cabin has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We were even greeted by deer upon arrival. The loft was a fun spot for my little guy to read books or play toys. The fireplaces are perfectly located inside and out. We took advantage of the maps left by the owner and went on a few hikes too. The cabin is on a quiet street very close to hiking trails. We hope to return next year!

Great house, perfect for family holidays

  • 5 of 5

My sister and our partners stayed here over Christmas and New Years while visiting our local sister and her family. The house was absolutely perfect for us. Very convenient location and well provisioned. Having a fireplace was especially nice.

Perfect family home

  • 5 of 5

Our family (kids 12yo, 10yo, 8yo) stayed for a week in October. The house was perfect. Deck and outdoor space was awesome. All of the necessities were available (blankets, extra pillows, towels, kitchen stuff). The neighborhood is super - safe, beautiful, close to trails. Our doggies were so happy to join us!! We will stay here again.
