We specialize in providing furnished and non-furnished housing in Atlanta and it’s surrounding metro areas, and currently serve various clients working and vacationing in Atlanta.
Chateau Drive is a beautiful, furnished 2-story home located in a private and quiet neighborhood in Fayetteville GA. This property is just 4.3 miles (5 min) to the Atlanta Pinewood Studios, 30 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and only 37 minutes south of Downtown Atlanta, where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, Georgia Tech, the World of Coca Cola, the Georgia Dome, and in close proximity many local attractions (i.e. Six Flags Over Georgia).
This fully updated 2-story home has 3 Bedrooms (3 Bes), 2 Full Bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen, Formal Dining Room, Office Area, Laundry Room, a screened-in porch with outdoor furniture, and a huge private backyard with gas BBQ grill - perfect for outdoor entertaining. This property sleeps 6 people.

The Main Level consists of a Master King Bedroom with a full Jack and Jill Bathroom (combination tub/shower), Living Room with fireplace, a formal Dining Room, spacious Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, an Office Area with office desk, office chair and desk lamp, and a Laundry Room with washer and dryer.
2. The Upstairs Level consists of 2 Queen Bedrooms, and a full Jack and Jill Bathroom (combination tub/shower)
The home includes comfortable beds and clean linens, wash cloths and towels provided for your stay. All Bathrooms include soap and shampoo, and the Kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, silverware and kitchen appliances (microwave, coffee maker/ tea pot). There are comfortable couches, dining table & chairs, and more and it comes with a fireplace. There is 1 TV with Cable, a DVR, and a DVD player in the Living Room. It also has a 2-car Garage, a private screened-in porch, and a beautiful backyard including lounge chairs, patio furniture, and a gas grill.
Please note that rates include all Utilities and Property Services (Water, Power, Gas, Sewer, Trash Service, Cable TV, High Speed Internet, Landscaping, and Pool/Hot Tub Service (if applicable), an estimated value of $400 - $600 per month).
Please note that pets are strictly not allowed for reservations of less than 30 nights. Pets can get authorized for reservations of 30 nights or more with explicit approval by the Management Company in writing prior to arrival; a Pet Fee of $200/pet as well as a higher Refundable Damage Deposit, some verification and additional acceptance of our Pet Rules are required.

Nice home but rental management company not very accommodating
After I paid, I asked if we could possibly have a late checkout as an exception since we had a 3 month old and would not need to leave that early for flight. I was told Only for a fee...no exception could be made. We were in town visiting family and I gave names of 3 family members that might possibly visit us since baby could be napping. That was ok but there would be a fee for each visitor. This is what the rental agreement said but was hoping an exception could be made due to circumstances. We had to drag baby around to family homes since no one could visit us....except for fee. Then when we arrived there were dead ants in downstairs bathtub and on floor. The thermostat did not work correctly but we figured out it was 10-15 degrees off. Then, while there we could not turn off the upstairs bath cold water. We called the emergency number and left several messages, sent text messages, emailed and finally got someone to answer the phone. We had to leave the house for the day with the water running. It was fixed by the time we returned home that evening but we never heard back from anyone letting us know it had been fixed, checking on it, etc. We have rented fromVRBO before and have never run into a problem like this. We will most likely use other options in the future and steer clear of the ones managed by Ventura Management.
The fee for late check-out is for manually rescheduling your access deactivation, the alarm and for last minute rescheduling of the cleaners as they have a full cleaning schedule and multiple properties since it's a professional cleaning company. This is mentioned on the listing and also mentioned to you in person, since we can't guarantee it before 2 days prior to departure in case we receive a booking with a check-in at 4 PM on the same day as your check out. The fee for additional guests beyond the occupancy number is also mentioned on the listing as a standard common policy on vacation rentals. We have larger houses with higher occupancy capacities for entertaining whom our clients are welcome to book. These were standard items outlined on the listing, house rules and rental agreement which we ask all guests to review and agree to prior to booking.
We were not notified of any issues with the thermostat or temperature mis-reading during your stay or would've gladly addressed it. For the water knob issue which you reported during your stay, we let you know we would dispatch maintenance to resolve it within a few hours of your notification and that is exactly what occurred. Maintenance arrived with your prior permission, addressed the issue and left. We have active pest control policies on our properties which could explain the few dead ants following our vendor’s cleaning.
We are sorry for the inconveniences you might have felt with the home and our published standard policies which are only designed to keep our homes well maintained and safe for all of our guests to use. We wish you all the best for the future.
This home was a very comfortable place, nice kitchen, a great screened in porch to enjoy morning coffee and breakfasts. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood, Was a great value. I would definitely stay there again if needed.

As this property sleeps 6 in beds, an additional charge of $25.00 per person per duration of your stay will be assessed for each guest or visitor in addition over 6. If a pet is explicitly approved prior to arrival, a Pet Fee of $200/pet (non-refundable) as well as a higher Refundable Damage Deposit, some verification and additional acceptance of our Pet Rules are required. Bookings for 30 nights or more require a higher Refundable Damage Deposit of $500 which will be edited in the quote after your inquiry. All utilities and property services are included in the rates (Water, Power, Gas, Sewer, Trash Service, Cable TV, High Speed Internet, Landscaping, and Pool/Hot Tub Service (if applicable), an estimated value of $400 - $600 per month). HOME DAMAGE WAIVER – Each guest will be offered an optional Damage Waiver that protects you against unintended damage done to the Property that occurs during your stay, provided that they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. This is not insurance, and the Damage Waiver does not apply to intentional damage done by the Guest or your guests, or excessive wear and tear due to parties, smoking, pets or otherwise, or additional cleaning charges due to stains or spills, or fines incurred by the police or HOA due to noise, excessive trash, or damage over the amount of $1500. Please note that the Home Damage Waiver is a fee, and not refundable. If Guest does not wish to purchase this Damage Waiver, a security deposit of $1,500, $3,000, or greater depending on Property will be required at the time of booking.
