The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker to brew a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast bar with seating for 3 - making it a perfect space to start your day. The adjacent dining room is bright and has a dining table for 4 with access to the balcony. Enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset cocktails at the outdoor dining table for 4.

The primary bedroom has a King Size bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and TV. The adjoining guest bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The guest suite can be closed off from the hall, which provides an added sense of privacy for guests.

Local favorite restaurants, Sting-Rays, is on the same side of the street on the same block, and for breakfast, be sure to try The Breakfast Club or Sunrise, both just a short distance away. This condo is a great spot to stay during local events, including parade view for the Tybee Island Pirate Fest and Beach Bum Parade.
