Hale Mahana Kai is a beautiful oceanfront, air conditioned private home on Kauai's South Shore on Kukui'ula Bay near Poipu Beach. Truly located in a tropical paradise!---it's only steps to the National Tropical Botanical Gardens and Spouting Horn Beach Park. You can't get closer to the water than the oceanfront lanai, where you can relax, watch the sea turtles, dolphins and whales and enjoy the magnificent sunsets and vistas of Kauai. Each bedroom features an oceanview lanai and private bath. A fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen on the lower floor opens out to the large, covered lanai---a great gathering area to 'talk story' after a day of exploring Hawaii's beautiful Garden Island.

Our home is private, yet close to all the activities you'll want to enjoy: World class surfing, golf (nearby Poipu Bay was formerly home to the PGA 'Grand Slam'), snorkeling, swimming---and restaurants, ranging from the casual to the exquisite. It's a short walk to Kukui'ula Small Boat Harbor for a swim, or take a 10 minute drive to Poipu Beach, voted the #1 beach in the USA!

The 3 bedrooms feature either a king or queen bed, with one additional sleeping sofa available in the rear bedroom---also equipped with a kitchenette. The house has an attached, two-car garage and an outdoor shower. The sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep at night. You'll wonder how you slept without it!
