EXTRA SLEEPING: Additional sleeping accommodations are provided via 2 twin trifold floor mats, (best used for children) along with extra linens/pillows. Twin rollaway beds can be rented if adult sleeping accommodations are desired in lieu of the floor mats. Make arrangements with our office in advance, so delivery can be scheduled for the day of arrival.
DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. (There is a window A/C unit in the bedroom)
PARKING: A very small single-car garage is included with this unit; (left side) compact vehicles only. Garage dimensions 81"H x 92" W. General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered) when available.
LAUNDRY: Shared free facilities along side walkway; guests must provide supplies.
NOTE: The twin front 1 bedroom/1 bath unit (Unit A) can also be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate a maximum of 8 total overnight guests on the entire property. See separate listing or contact our office for more information.
