Great place to stay

We really enjoyed this apartment! The location is excellent-an area we have not stayed in before. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities, including laundry. There is no elevator so you do need to drag your bags upstairs.

great place in the heart of the Left Bank

This apartment is clean and comfortable, and is a great price for its location. I have stayed in Paris many times and I return to this apartment again and again. A good grocery store is just steps away from the apartment building's front door, as well as a world-class bakery. The Army Museum (Musée de l'Armée) at Les Invalides is just a short walk. Note that the apartment has no elevator, so people with mobility problems may wish to discuss their individual situation with the property manager before booking.

Perfect location; close enough to walk to almost every major tourist attraction. If you couldn't or didn't want to walk, all sorts of public transportation was near.

A home in Paris.

We stayed 7 days in May 2017. We were 2 adults and an 11 year old. The apartment was updated and very clean with plenty of room to stretch out at the end of day. It was great having a washing machine available, allowing us to pack light. The apartment is in a very nice residential area, one block from Metro Duroc stop and is a mile and a half walk to Eiffel tower. Steps from grocery stores, bakeries, a cheese shop, boutiques, and mall. Lots of local shops that didn't show up in google maps so we were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed fresh roasted chicken from butcher next door with warm baguettes from bakery across street. I would definitely go back because we felt like we lived in Paris, not like a tourist! The shop owners on our street were wonderful. Yes, stairs to bedroom very steep but we managed.

Very nice apartment in a great location

Our family of five recently stayed for four nights and had an excellent time. The apartment had plenty of room and natural lighting, especially for a Paris apartment. We loved the skylights and our kids loved the steep ladder to the loft.

I had never stayed in this neighborhood before and hope to stay here again. Both Rue de Sevres and Rue de Cherche-Midi have many good shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. I also felt that this was not at all a touristy location, but a place where you are more likely to interact with those who live and work in Paris,. However, it is still not a long walk from some major atractions and super close to the Duroc Metro station to get you where you need to go quickly.
