Newly renovated top to bottom; can accommodate up to 15 guests with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathroom (2full & 2half).

This beautiful home has been completely updated. Each bedroom has a queen bed which can comfortably accommodate 2guests each room. The foldout sofa is a double bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms (4 toilets, 2 showers, 5 sinks). Each level has its own fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has it's own 32" personal LCD TV with HDMI video streaming.

Centrally located in Calgary; this home is just steps from public transit to get to downtown within 10minutes! Close to all family restaurants, pubs, grocery, library, shopping mall (Deerfoot City Mall) and a public pool.

Downtown - 10mins

Stampede - 12mins

University/McMahon Stadium - 15mins

Airport - 10mins

COP (WinSport) - 20mins

Banff - 1.5hr

Kitchen utensils and appliances are for you to use. Each bathroom has a hair dryer. Broom closet will have an iron, board, and lint roller.

Clean fresh linens & towels await your stay. An initial supply of toiletries (shampoo, lotion, soap), and toilet paper are included.

Laundry facilities (Washer & dryer). Detergent not provided.

Wifi, High speed Internet and Apple TV is included in the living area. Please note that there is no cable tv but there is Apple box or Google Chomecast sticks for live video streaming, news, movies, and entertainment.

Great home for large groups!

This home was very accommodating for the 7 of us and offered everything we needed. Having seven rooms was the best part because we each had a bed and a room. The house is clean and the renovations make it look very nice. We also had 2 bathrooms and 2 half baths that came to very good use since we were all girls. We were able to have most of our meals in the home and the kitchen was stocked enough that we weren't missing anything. The location for us was perfect and the area was quiet and safe.

It was a pleasure dealing with Samantha and she answered any questions we had. The small baskets with towels, soaps, & shaver on each bed was a nice added touch. If I ever need to stay in Calgary again, I would definitely consider staying in this home.

Worked quite well for our large group !!

New renovations are very nice. We had 11 people and worked quite well. A little short on sitting space in the living room however we made it work. Did not utilize the basement other than for the bedrooms and shower. Owner/ Manager easy to work with !!!!!!!!

Our stay was great! The home had everything we needed to be comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha's. The house has everything we needed and was close to the amenities we needed too. Samantha responded super quickly to our questions and was super helpful in giving us local information. We'll be back for sure!!

Calgary Labour Day Weekend 2015

We had a family gathering in Calgary for the long weekend and everything was great. The house was very clean and tidy had everything we needed. The baskets on each bed with towels and individual shampoo and soap was a very nice touch. The location is great as well. Located in a quiet neighborhood it is located near main arteries and only a few minutes from Deerfoot Trail the main freeway from north to south Calgary.

Seemed like they were in the middle of renovations

The house was fairly nice, old but it looked like they were updating it. However it did sort of feel like they were in the middle of renovations while we were there. There was a few things that didn't seem like they were quite up to code. Nice location, very quite. I found the beds very comfortable and had a great sleep. All in all I don't know if I would stay there again but nice enough.
