Escape to Trails End Cabin In The Heart of Pisgah National Forest

If you're looking to explore nature then book your stay at the most unique and private cabin in Western North Carolina and IT'S ONLY 12 MINUTES TO FABULOUS FUNKY DOWNTOWN ASHEVILLE.

Trails End Cabin is located in the Pisgah National Forest. No neighbors, no traffic, no distracts and no worries.

Bring your bomber and clean the twisty single and dual tracks and the national forest offers endless miles of hiking, running and mountain bike trails. Enjoy a mud-ectomy for both you and your bike in the outside hot and cold shower.

Pitch horseshoes as your dinner smokes on one of the two professional grade grills on the local blue granite stone patio and walkway. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the over-sized deck with endless views of mother nature's best work.

Inside the cabin you'll enjoy cooking in our kitchen. The cabin features locally harvested knotty pine in throughout and beautiful oak hardwood flooring.

There's three bedrooms upstairs along with one full bath and one half bath. Downstairs there's a bunk house bedroom which has multiple beds for extended guests. A very unique half bath with a sink and Roman shower in one room and a half bath directly behind that bath. The washer and dryer is located downstairs as well.

If what you're looking for is a cabin in the woods, tons of trails and unmatched privacy then Trails End Cabin is it! And you're only 12 minutes to downtown Asheville and 10 minutes to the Biltmore Estate.

Great place to stay for an Asheville experience

  • 5 of 5

We loved Trails End! This house was great for biking and hiking right outside the front door. It is situated close enough to town that we were able to bike in the morning and head to town in the afternoon. The house can accommodate quite a few more people than we brought. The kitchen is fully functional and having access to the garage for our bikes was priceless. Being right in the national forest was a great experience. Love this place!

Just What We Needed

  • 5 of 5

We needed to get away from everything and this house did not disappoint! We were able to explore without leaving the house, yet were also very close to everything in town. We spent the entire weekend outside, enjoying nature. We will definitely go back! This was fun for everyone, especially my mountain biking husband.

Trails, bikes, and a bear!

  • 5 of 5

This property was conveniently located but also very private. The house had everything we needed and more. We were happy to have a kid and dog friendly home to stay in and would like to visit again. The black bear sighting behind the swing blew my kids and dogs mind.

tip: hurry & grab a bedroom along the front side of the house! The bed in the room with the sliding glass door was better suited for the comfort needs of my kiddo. Ouch!
