**Brand New Listing** Welcome to my peaceful retreat in the historic and award-winning Grand-Bates neighborhood. I think you'll especially love the quiet, tree-lined street and the stylishly designed and roomy interior. Every detail has been carefully planned to ensure that everyone in your family or group has a memorable stay and all feel right at home. And yes, we love kids and small pets!
My 1920's arts and crafts bungalow is full of details that are hard to find these days in any home. Beautiful stained glass windows can be found throughout, as well as a masterfully designed wrought-iron banister. You'll love the high, coved ceilings, the real working wood fireplace and the fully fenced backyard is great for pets and kids. There's also a full walkout basement, the new state of the art washer and dryer, and the large front porch with a swing to wind down after long days.
All approved guests will have full, private access to the entire property.
I'm often away, but I'm proud to have ABODEbucks, the St. Louis-based professional Airbnb management company taking care of my home. ABODEbucks is always available if you should need something during your stay.
No parties or events.
This is a quiet neighborhood, and the residents take great pride in their homes. Please be respectful and keep things at a low volume.
The historic Grand-Bates neighborhood is known for beautiful craftsman style homes and the well-manicured Carondelet Park, it was even named a "Great Place In America" by the American Planning Association. And, with Highway I-55 running adjacent, you can get to all of St. Louis' best attractions within 10-15 minutes.
You'll especially love my street, which was designed by the same famous landscaper who was responsible for laying out the grounds for the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair at Forest Park.
You can find the Grand @ Bates bus stop at the end of the block.. UBER and Lyft are
available in St. Louis, as well as two bike share companies. Just look for the yellow
and green bikes!
