This modern 3 story townhouse has an open and modern main level kitchen & living room with a kitchen island bar and bathroom, the 2nd floor has a bedroom, bathroom and office space and the 3rd floor has the master bedroom, master bath and rooftop deck with amazing views of the Denver skyline. The unit also has an attached 1 car garage and another detached garage space around the corner from the unit in case you have 2 cars. There are hardwood floors on the main floor, carpet in all the bedrooms, tile in the bathrooms, stainless steel Bosch appliances, Samsung washer and dryer, and quartz countertops in the kitchen & bathrooms and a beautiful 4 piece master bath. Extras are provided to make your stay a stay in luxury. Eucalyptus sheets, real fine art hanging in each room, quality kitchen accessories and extras like a Keurig coffee maker. Finally, 2 new cruiser bikes are provided, free of charge to use for guests!

Lovely stay in great neighborhood close to downtown
Our family of 6 had a great month stay at this 3-story townhouse. Location is close to downtown and perfect to get around by car or bike. Great little park within walking distance and safe neighborhood. Dan was responsive to any questions or issues we had. Only thing that could make this space more perfect is having a dining area with table/chairs. Dan provided an extra folding table and chairs which we appreciated. We enjoyed the outdoor bbq and patio with view of Denver skyline. Overall, we had a great time and can't wait to be back. Thanks, Dan, for your hospitality!

Beautiful 2+ bedroom 3 full bath town home with garage, perfect location near downtown Denver.
We loved our weekend with our son In this beautiful 4 level town home in a perfect location near mile high stadium and 5 min to downtown Denver. We especially enjoyed the amazing view from the rooftop deck which includes a grill and nice outdoor furniture. There were 3 large bathrooms. Two included large walkin showers and one had a bathtub/shower combination. The beds were comfortable with one king and one queen bed. There is also a bonus area that includes 2 single beds that would be perfect for children. The couch also felt comfortable if you need it for a bed. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. We enjoyed the free waters in the refrigerator. We did not use the washer and dryer but it would be handy for longer stays. There is a Safeway conveniently located 1/2 mile away for groceries. We also would highly recommend a great restaurant called "Linger" with a great atmosphere and tapas style food. It was also wonderful having a garage below that you could access from inside the town home. I can't recommend this place more highly if you want a place near downtown!!
Perfect location and a wonderful home
A couple of friends and I wanted to stay in Denver to explore after a work conference. Dan's rental sits just outside of downtown and has an awesome view of the city, especially at night! We had a rental car and were able to simply drive into the city, only 5-10 minutes, to check out the rooftop bars and different restaurants Denver has to offer. The house was very clean and is the perfect size for our group (6 people) with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Dan made sure to have the fridge stocked with waters and plenty of coffee for us to drink. When checking out I forgot to leave the parking pass and Dan was very understanding when he called me, it was a pleasure getting to rent from him!
Nice neighborhood Condo
We enjoyed our stay! The location was ideal! It was close to the stadium, within walking distance to downtown, and a great neighborhood. Our condo was clean and well furnished!

Great location and ammenities!
I rented the home with 6 others as we were in Denver for a convention. This property is located very close to downtown and the Convention Center (about a 7-10 minute drive or a $5 Uber ride). The kitchen was stocked with bottled water and coffee for the Keurig, which was greatly appreciated. Not all members of our party attended the convention, but found that there was plenty to do while in Denver. The property was equipped with several guides about things to do, including a "Denver Passport" which had a lot of 2-4-1 coupons and vouchers in the book. The two bicycles that were included with the rental were also put to good use! Downtown Denver is also a short (and safe) bike ride away and the bikes had locks, so you could bike and explore a bit. Additionally, we made sure to use the gas grill upstairs; cooking out and hanging on the patio. The view of the city is amazing! Overall, I would definitely recommend this rental. For the price, you can't beat the location or the value! Also, Dan is very responsive and goes above and beyond to answer routine questions, making this a seamless renting experience. Great space in a great location
My family (2 adults, 4 kids) really enjoyed our time at this property. It's newer, clean, and located in a great part of town. Easy access to downtown and the neighborhood itself is a quiet place to retreat to when you're done exploring. We mostly had breakfast at the property and there are plenty of plates and cups, etc for that. It also has a washer/dryer on the first floor that helped a ton. Even though it was cold when we visited, we couldn't resist the top floor patio on one of the sunnier days. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

The neighborhood of Jefferson Park in Northwest Denver is a hot neighborhood with a lot of development happening and super easy access to Sports Authority Field at Mile High for football games & concerts. Within 0.5 mile of this property are Sports Authority Field, numerous popular neighborhood restaurants and bars like Amass (French), Sartos (Italian), Jefferson Park Pub & Sassafras (Breakfast/Brunch) and Jefferson Park is located 1 block away. Additionally Union Station & Larimer Square are within a mile and a half of the property. Jefferson Park was just called one of the most bikeable neighborhoods in the City of Denver according to the Denver Business Journal and in the unit there will be 2 cruiser bikes provided free of charge for your convenience. I provide a local guide that I put together myself with recommendations on places nearby and perks with local merchants. I live blocks away and will be ready to assist you if you need anything during your stay or for advice and recommendations about Denver.
