INSIDE THE HOUSE
Enter into the open-concept dining/kitchen/living space. The elegant dining area is first, with room for 6 to sit at the table. From there, you’ll find a chef’s kitchen full of luxury touches, including granite countertops, gas range, all new stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats 4.
The kitchen also features a cozy office area beneath the staircase: perfect for getting some last-minute work done (or working on your novel!).
At the back of the house, you’ll find the sunken living room with elegant furnishings, large flat-screen TV, and access to the patio via French doors.
Our house sleeps 12 guests between 4 bedrooms, a sleeping nook with a twin bed (but no door) and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The master has a king-sized bed and 24-inch TV, plus an elegant en-suite bath with dual quartz vanity and tile walk-in shower with rain showerhead.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins: perfect for kids or teens. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms—one on each level—have queen-sized beds. The sleeping nook, on the upper level, has a twin bed and optional twin roll away bed. The couch in the living room converts to a comfortable queen size bed.
We’ve also got lots of outdoor space for you to relax in, too! Have a cookout on the grill and spend some time in the conversation space under the shaded pergola.
Whether you’re here as a prospective family or are just hoping to catch some great music, we’re in one of the best spots in Nashville: 6 blocks from Music Row, a 13-minute walk from high-end shopping and dining in The Gulch and from Vanderbilt University, and a short 12 minute walk to Belmont University and historic Belmont Mansion. The hip neighborhoods of 12South, 8th Ave South and Hillsboro Village and Downtown attractions are all a short uber ride away!
As for dining options, there are too many nearby to list them all! Try the excellent eats in Edgehill Village, including Thai Esane (a 5-minute walk away), Edgehill Café and Taco Mamacita (both a 9-minute walk away).
