Remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath Vacation Condominium for rent. It directly overlooks the glistening Gulf of Mexico and sparkling white, sandy beach of Indian Shores, bordering Indian Rocks Beach. The Condo is professionally redecorated and upgraded every year with all new Island-Style furnishings and brand new granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances. New bathrooms too! Very Upscale!

This Unit is located on the 4th floor of the popular Sand Castle II Condominiums. The Master bedroom and living room share an extra-large balcony directly overlooking the beach with breathtaking panoramic views; perfect for enjoying our brilliant sunsets.

The quiet, wide beach offers sparkling, white sand loaded with undiscovered seashells and relaxing cabanas. The heated swimming pool and whirlpool/spa stays warm all year long. There are 2 BBQ grills with tables for pool-side fun. On the beach, there are comfy beach chairs with either summer-time umbrellas or spring-time cabanas for rent. There are beach chairs, rafts, and toys available to take down to the beach, too!

Oversize balcony seats up to 7 guests for entertaining and breathtaking views.

I've been managing my own condos since 2001 and listed my first one with VRBO that same year. I have been using my own comprehensive reservation system and Bank of America Merchant Services Credit Card Processing. Please email me first to give me time to answer, since I am an owner and do my own management (and feel I do a better job that way).

Here's my cancellation and reservation policies... 60 days prior to arrival with 100% refund (minus $200 cancellation fee and travel insurance if purchased) and 30 days prior to arrival with 50% refund (minus $200 cancellation fee and travel insurance if purchased) . 25% of the grand total will reserve the condo, accepting all forms of credit cards or Home Away Payments. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Tommy Bahama style reclining sofa, reclining love seat, in living room opens to the beachfront balcony. There is WIFI high speed internet access for your laptop. The Master bedroom has brand-new, tropical island-style furniture with a luxurious King-size bed with plush mattress, TV/DVD, remodeled bathroom with shower, and ceiling fan, which opens to the beachfront balcony.

The Gorgeous 2nd bedroom has all new furniture too with King and Twin sized beds with a TV/DVD/VCR with Nintendo hook-ups. The 3rd bedroom has new furniture with a Queen-sized bed and TV overlooking the intercoastal waterways. All of the rooms have ceiling fans. I grew up in this area and have spent most of my life here. I have done a lot of traveling and think that our beaches combined with the Tampa Bay area have much to offer anyone.

What makes this condo unique

I love to relax on my balcony in the mornings with my coffee and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The beach is never crowded, however the selection of great restaurants are endless. There are also great boating opportunities. My kids love the pool and beach and never get tired of coming.

Wish it was mine for more then a week!

Clean, comfy, stylish and well stocked with all you need. The location was perfect for early morning beach walks and evening in the hot tub watching the sun set! Lots to do up and down the Blvd which ended up with the week flying by way to fast! Next year we’re thinking we need to stay 2 weeks.

Well maintained, well appointed, very comfortable and what a view!

Pam keeps her property in great conditional with a well stocked kitchen. The three bedrooms and open living space are very roomy with a great balcony over looking the Gulf. The furnishing is stylish and beds are all comfortable. Directly across the street you'll find The Pub so stock up on food and liquor and go across the street for occasional lunches, dinners and libations and you do not have to get in your car to go anywhere.

Amazing condo and views

Condo 404 is amazing. The views are outstanding! Pam did an great job in decorating the condo and making it feel like home away from home. You need nothing but your bathing suit. Pam is very easy to deal with and very quick to respond. We plan on returning next year.

Well appointed condo

Wonderfully equipped condo. The owner has thought of everything right down to clothespins for your food! The kids were excited to see all of the pool/beach toys. We brought our own sunshade for the beach but the condo had one too. It's a smaller condo with 3 bedrooms but with 6 people we were fine. Loved The Pub across the street as we ate there a couple of times (the grouper was the best we had the entire trip). Really an awesome trip!
