This ol house is a remodeled farmhouse. It borders an 84 acre park, and is a short walk to the Clark Fork River. The kitchen is spacious and has granite counter tops, and a beautiful bay window above the kitchen sink viewing mountains. The oven is dual fuel. The 2 full bathrooms are spacious and tiled. There is cable TV, NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and WIFI. Outside is great for nature lovers, with abundant bird life in the forest and trees on the property which you may view from both front and back porches. The master bedroom has a king size mattress, and the other rooms have double beds and one single. We live in it when not rented, and put our stuff in the locked office and large closet upstairs to allow you ample space. We live in the house when your not, so we supply many staples like sugar, flour, and condiments in the fridge. Enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, hiking or mountain biking from out your door. The house also has a hot tub, fire pit, and friendly neighbors.

We live in the house when your not, so we supply many staples like sugar, flour, and condiments in the fridge.
What makes this House unique

Great, quiet, private!!
This is our second time here and it’s been great again! Tons of room, privacy and a hot tub!!
Place was great, Tom was beyond awesome.

Very quiet location. Perfect for our needs. We were in town for a family reunion. Our rooms were comfortable and the rest of the house met our needs perfectly. All of us enjoyed the hot tub in the early morning and in the evening. 4 yr old granddaughter loved the chickens.
An oasis in the city
We were very happy that we could stay here. It was peaceful and very comfortable. The hosts were amazing. Nice and relaxing in the evenings on the back porch watching deer trot by. Very, very close to town and amenities, but felt like you were in the country and with the river a short walk away, this place has it all. Thanks again for inviting us into your home.
A great week-long stay
A group of 4 of us fly fishermen used this lovely home as a base of operations for a recent week-long stay. The home was delightful; ample room for us and our gear, very comfortable rooms, wonderful porches and outdoor amenities to enjoy the evening after long days of fishing. We very much appreciated the cleanliness and 'homey' feel. A most enjoyable stay -- thank you!
Great Vintage Farm House
The place was clean, quiet and private. The hot tub was so great but felt just a little exposed until dark. Would be nice to have some sort of screening wall around it but dark worked just as good! Beautiful floors, nice updates and Tom and Noi really anticipated just about everything that was needed! Looking forward to another stay here!
Thank you Laura for your review. Glad you liked the house. We like the hot tube exposed to nature and the wildlife, but also understand the desire for more privacy. We'll try to think of something simple we could use like a screen for your next visit.
This is a place to birdwatch from the porch, hike or mountainbike 200 yards to the river. You may like to ride bikes the 3 miles to downtown Missoula on our bikepaths, or it's a few minutes drive.
