Location - Amazing, Villa outdated

Overall a good stay, a couple of notes: pics are out dated. Location of this Villa is perfect. in fact most everything was great. a couple of things to point out, is we rented this Villa because it was four bedroom. Which would have been nice to have. the bedroom separated from the actual unit was not usable. the smell and the mold in that unit was horrible, even though we did what we could to air it out. unit did not have a large table and chairs to sit at on the patio/deck. No lounge chairs, and no Hottub. not really a big deal, other than that they advertised they did have these things. Air conditioners kept going out at night. Again, overall it was a nice place to stay, just need to know, it's out dated and not all things claimed are there. Knowing what I know now, Yes, I would stay there again, just noting it's a three bedroom not a four as advertised.

Family retreat

The view is worth every penny! We spent days just sitting on the back porch and then just walking right on to the beach. Previous reviews have mentioned that it’s a little dated but we came for the sun and fun! Property manager came and met us when we arrived and recommended some local restaurants and shops There is a small market on site and we got coffee and muffins in the morning. The pool is right off the back porch and we took full advantage of that as well. Definitely planning on a return visit.

Family vacation

Nicky and Tim were very welcoming and hospitable. They met us upon arrival to welcome us. The place was exactly as advertised. There was a private gate directly to the beach where you could watch sea turtles lay eggs at night. The master bedroom had a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and at night the crashing waves could be heard from our bed. We went parasailing on the beach right behind our villa. The bus stops right out front every few minutes where you can pay $1 to ride any where in the Zona Hotelera. Very secure, gated location. We had a great time!!!

Condo review

This condo was the perfect location!!! Not in the hustle bustle of downtown. I only have 2 things I would have changed. 1-with 10 people in this condo...1 dishtowel was not enough. Would have like 1 per day. 2-I felt really bad for my son/daughter in-law that stayed in the back Casita. The smell was bad. But once they put a towel over the shower drain, it was much better. Wish we had thought of that right away. Overall, it was the perfect location and condo!!!

My family and I stayed for 7 nights absolutely beautiful beach and location.The only negative is the house could use a little updating but over all great time at this property.Would definitely stay again.
