We would definitely stay here again! Great location and very clean. Comfortable beds and has everything you need!
Wonderful cottage, relaxing part of beach
We couldn't have been more pleased with our quick 5 day getaway. This cottage has everything you need and steps to the water. Impeccably clean, and property management super easy to deal with. Thank you and we will be back!
Overall process was easy and smooth. The property is a perfect little gem on the beach. If you want a calm atmosphere, nice beach, and comfortable bed to disconnect for vacation this is the place.
We enjoyed our stay
The property was very nice, very clean. The only issue we had was with ants. We contacted the property manager and they came right out and sprayed.
Beautiful beach front property!!!!
Home is nice and cozy! Steps away from the gorgeous beach which was nice and not too overcrowded! We were located directly in front of the 4th of July firework display which was amazing! Beach accessories were available and some starter supplies such as trash bags and dish soap. Publix is directly across the street which made food purchases easy! Only issue we had was tiny ants in the kitchen area which got into food which open and sealed. We had to throw away quite a bit of food. Luckily there were cleaning products and such available so we were able to clean up the ants and be more careful. Would stay again!
Adorable Beach Cottage
This cottage was perfect for our needs (3 people). I enjoy having space to spread out vs a cramped hotel room, plus having the convenience of a washer/dryer is a big plus. In addition, having a kitchen makes things more economical for breakfast and lunch at the house. Great location, just steps away from the grocery store and off-street parking is a nice plus. Some beach chairs were provided, which was fantastic for us because we flew to Florida. Cottage was steps away from the beach. We enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was tiny ants invaded the kitchen and we had to throw away food. We even put food in the microwave and the ants got in there (Chips, cookies, bread). We are very careful and do not leave food out. Once we threw out the food, the ants went away.
Explore pristine Florida beaches in the St. Petersburg area, home to Madeira Beach and Treasure Island. Pick from houses, condos and cottages, and get ready to enjoy sugar white sand and warm breezes. Vacations in the St. Petersburg area offer abundant outdoor recreation – on and off the water – a lively arts scene, and award-winning restaurants.
Madeira Beach, located west of St. Petersburg is home to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, a fun attraction for all ages. John's Pass, or the Pass to locals, offers top dining and nightlife options, family-friendly attractions, shopping and water sports. While walking the 1,100-foot boardwalk, see alligators at The Alligator Attraction and dolphins playing in the Gulf's waters. Walk into dozens of unique shops that sell everything from beachwear to shells to find the perfect souvenir or gift.
Madeira Beach's restaurants welcome family and friends to try the fresh local flavor. Many top-rated restaurants at the Pass feature entertainment, specials and events as well. The Seafood Festival at John's Pass – held annually in October – hosts more than 100,000 guests to celebrate food, music, and arts and crafts.
Water lovers can parasail, rent jet skis or deep-sea fish to complete their beach vacation. John's Pass is also a popular fishing destination and brings in more grouper than any other place in Florida. Visitors can also relax while birdwatching, boating and canoeing, all within easy access of their vacation rental.
Treasure Island – adjacent to St. Petersburg – is another favorite beach town in Florida. Swim, snorkel, fish, parasail and shell at this hot spot, which was named from an early hotel owner who buried and discovered treasure chests on the beach.
Known as a secret spot for sunsets, Treasure Island's 3 miles of beaches serve as the perfect place to watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico with someone special. Treasure Island also offers guests fun-filled attractions and things to do, paired with restaurants serving everything from breakfast to fresh seafood dinners.
Other popular attractions in the St. Petersburg area include the award-winning Salvador Dali Museum and Fort De Soto Park, the largest park within the Pinellas County Park System, measuring more than 1,100 acres.
