The apartment has front line location right on the beach, with daytime bars and sea food restaurants just a stones throw away. The local butcher, baker and grocer are also just around the corner. Torrevieja centre just 10min stroll has lots to offer for everyone, including many restaurants & shops. The 'must see' is the rastro (street market) which opens till late. For those wanting more excitement a vibrant mix of bars and clubs and casinos that open till the early hours will keep you amused.

The apartment has 3bedrooms ,1 with bunk beds and sleeps 6 people. There is a lounge with separate dining room seating for 6 people and a FF Kitchen. There is 1 bathroom with bath+shower and the 2nd bathroom with large shower, etc. Off the lounge is a large south facing balcony looking over the beach giving you sun all day with patio table chairs and sun beds The beach/ sea is very safe &ideal for children. The adjacent marina is great for all water sports. Although a busy daytime location, at night is calm and peacefull

For afun day out with children aprox 1hr drive is benedorm with the theme park TERRA MITICA or MUNDOMAR MARINE PARK Or spend a day discovering Alicante port and the castle or a day in Murcia exploring the roman ruins

there is live flamenco dancing on the marina on Tuesdays and at the Patio Andalucia on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Why john craven chose Torrevieja

Have had property in Spain from 1975 first on the Costa del Sol but decided to buy in Torrevieja because of the benifits of the weather more days of sun per year and because of the location of the apartment in relation to the town

What makes this apartment unique

The location is perfect it is on the beach south facing so you have the sun all day ideal for sun bathing on the balcony or having your meals outside with a fantastic view of the marina or if you prefer the beach is just down below perfectly safe for children with it being in a marina there is no tide you can walk out in the sea for about 75meters and it will only come to your waist there are bars and restaurants on the beach for snacks

The Marina is 5 minutes walk with a flemenco show every week

Town centre 10 minutes walk car not necessary 3 bedrooms with 1 bath with seprate shower and 1 shower room The dining room is seprate from the lounge and the kitchen is also seprate so its ideal for long term rentals this apartment was built for resedential hence size and location

Just came home to rain in Denmark, after 10 days in your apartment with great sunny weather. We were a family of 6 persons; two are kids of the age of 3 and 6 enjoying living in your apartment. With your apartment placed right on the beach and only 10 minutes casual walk to the city, we did not rent a car; everything was close to the apartment. We felt perfectly safe all the time we were there also walking home late at night. Lounge and balcony has a great size. The apartment was perfect for 6 persons, and had all we needed including sand toys, swim toys and beach chairs. We lived the whole day at the beach, which is perfect for kids. If we need something, we just walked to the apartment. Shops and cafes are on your doorstep so you don’t have to venture far if you do not wish. Cafes and restaurants are on the beach....you cannot get any closer! The transport to and from the airport/apartment was good and costs €175 both ways (a bus for 10 per-sons). Carol was waiting in the apartment with the keys. She had the €60 cleaning fee, and came on time the day we left, had the keys back. The deposit £150 was returned to our bank account 2 days after, everything was nice and easy We felt very safe all the way with your professional way to handle our booking; all of us want to go back

Great location, spacious apartment, superb service

We arrived late evening and Carol was waiting to drive us to the apartment, and even offered to stop at supermarket on way to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and so well equipped, very quiet at night but lively enough for many hours spent people and boat watching from the very big and comfortable balcony.

We found various walking routes to the town and enjoyed the stroll most days, though local supermarkets, shops and bars offered an excellent choice if feeling lazy!

We used the main bus station in Torrevieja for trips out, but mostly were very happy exploring different areas of the town and local area around the apartment.

We would certainly recommend this apartment for prompt service/communication with the owner and lovely, reliable services from Carol and husband during our stay (though we didn't need to call on them, as no problems).

Excelent place to stay

We have stayed here for the last two years, and have booked for 2016, it is like home from home, very convenient for shops, restaurants, beech and close to the town centre, very clean and comfortable apartment. Perfect for us.

merveillous summers

Depuis cinq étés nous allons à Torrevieja , nous y passons de superbes vacances , puisque nous louons ce magnifique appartement , très grand , très confortable et très bien équipé : il ne manque rien ! Les propriétaires font le maximum pour le bien être des vacanciers . Un des atouts de cet appartement est sa situation , directement sur la plage , et à proximité de toutes les commodités : il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour sortir le soir , ou faire les courses . De plus il y a plein de petits restaurants sympathiques en bas de l'immeuble . Très très belle location .

The owners do their utmost for the welfare of guests. One of the highlights of this apartment is its location, right on the beach , and close to all amenities: it is not necessary to take the car for a night out or shopping . Also there are lots of nice little restaurants down the building. Very beautiful location. Beach Location with fantastic views

This year I had a wonderful holiday staying with friends in your lovely apartment. We found the apartment well furnished, clean and very well equipped for our needs.The beds and pillows were so comfortable and having the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a plus particularly in the summer The shops and good Restaurants were only a short pleasant walk into the town, To wake up each morning, have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beach and sea was a joy.Although the beach was busy in the day time it was so quiet at night it was nice to sit there in the evening and have our night cap We will certainly be booking again for another holiday in this ideal paradise! Thank you John and Terena for the professional way you handled our booking with the meet and greet and payment etc Maureen

If sea view is your thing then this is it.

Great location with access straight onto the beach. Top floor apartment with views over the marina. Good size apartment with 2 bathrooms so you don't get in the way of each other.

The apartment is located in a quieter area of Torrevieja which is good as the centre gets very very noisy in peak time. Walk into central Torrevieja is about a 10 minute casual walk. The area is a little run down but there were no problems and we felt perfectly safe all the time we were there and when walking home late at night.

Shops and cafes are on your doorstep so you dont have to venture far if you do not wish. Cafes are on the beach....you want get any closer!

We did venture out and about to see the beautiful area. We travelled south back towards Murcia San Javier airport and travelled to the Mar Menor, a salt water lagoon that has sea temperatures 5 degrees warmer then the mediterranean....unbelievable!

It also has great health benefits and mud baths...skin feels great afterwards. Beautiful little town such as Mar de Cristal has gorgeous beaches, small little marinas and cafes to relax....great escape from the hustle of the busy towns. Well worth a visit!

The transport to and from the airport/appartment was good and costs about €40-45 each way. Keys available as we got there and straight into the apartment. Gave the keys back to Carol on leaving with the €60 cleaning fee...nice and easy. The bedrooms are a little dated but we expected this from the pictures. Lounge and balcony a great size.

Pitty there is no pool to use nearby as my daughter isn't keen on the sea all the time....her loss not mine!

Overall had a great time.

This penthouse apartment is situated on the beach with lots of daytime tapas bars and restaurants to choose from and right opposite Torrevieja marina short 5 min walk where there is an abundance of night time restaurants.

Torrevieja town is 10 min walk and there you can find some good shops and night time market and fun fair for the children recommend have a drink outside casino watching world go by.
