This delightfully bright and sun-filled apartment in Nice sleeps 2 (or 3 or 4) people and is on the raised ground floor, in a very calm, quiet and sunny location directly overlooking beautifully maintained private sub-tropical gardens. This Nice apartment is one of four modern apartment buildings, each with its own resident concierge/guardienne, set within large private grounds and entered by electrically controlled gates in the attractive and much sought-after university area (the highly respected Facultes des Lettres). There is unrestricted free private parking within the grounds – an absolutely vital requirement for an apartment in Nice if you are arriving by car or intend renting a car whilst you are here.

You can see the Mediterranean just 400 metres away through the trees.

Within 300 metres there are many shops, restaurants, bars and cafés and 2 big supermarkets. The electronically controlled gates add an air of exclusivity and privacy to the private estate and park. Highly recommended. Wonderful all-year around.

Excellent choice for Nice

For us, coming back to Le Tour Sarrasine is like coming back home. We have stayed there four times already and we will definitely come back in the future. Strongly recommended accommodation for Nice and the neigbouring region. A car park is a great asset as the city is crowded in the peak season. The appartment offers everything travellers can need for short and longer stays.

Owner's Response: It is always a great pleasure to know that my visitors have enjoyed their stay at my La Tour Sarrasine apartment, especially Marcin, his wife and son who have stayed there 4 times now. They are a very charming and gracious family. Having been established in Nice since 1999, and owned this apartment since 2001 I do not normally seek reviews. My bookings have always come through referrals, recommendations and re-bookings. I asked a couple who have stayed there 5 times and who also love it, if they would write a review. They said that they would rather not, because they did not want it to become too popular, because then it might not be available when they next want to stay there ! Kindest regards to All Tony

This is a very peaceful location, you are not overlooked by any other buildings, and there are no ball games or children’s games allowed in the gardens. You can see the Mediterranean through the trees of the garden, less than 400 metres to your south. Within 300 metres there are many shops, restaurants, bars and cafés and 2 big supermarkets. By taxi, hire car of private car the property is conveniently only six minutes from Nice airport. The electronically controlled gates, which add an air of exclusivity and privacy, slide open and you drive in to the private estate and park. You approach the apartment building up ten broad marble steps, and enter through two pairs of double plate-glass doors into a very spacious and impressive marble-clad entrance hall, which runs through to matching plate-glass doors and similar broad steps down to the ornamental gardens.
