The unit is light, bright and airy having an open living room/dining room and kitchen area. The slate gas fireplace, carpeting, porcelain floors, granite kitchen/bath counter tops, and the rich western cedar ceilings provide a warm cozy atmosphere, along with the tasteful decorating throughout the unit.

* A washer and dryer is located in the condo.
* Quiet condo due to type of construction and location within the complex.
* Spacious master bedroom with king-size log bed, ample closet space, cable TV and full bathroom with double sinks, room darkening shades.

* Full kitchen featuring new hickory cabinets with granite counter tops (also in bathrooms and living room bar), appliances, and many other upgrades.
* No smoking, No Pets. No landline phone, be sure to bring your cell phone
* Large private sun deck has a picnic table and chairs; it is used in the warmer months after the snow melt.
* Covered year round balcony has a high mount table, glider and four bar stools as well as a gas barbecue.
* Free bus service is provided within town and to various out of town ski and shopping areas; it is a short walk to the main downtown bus station.
* Free assigned parking in semi-heated garage as well as free parking on outside lot (Two vehicles total). 4 wall bike racks in assigned garage parking - bring your lock. Ride directly to and from the garage (please, no bike storage in condo allowed ).
** Free use of heated outdoor swimming and wading pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs (4), change rooms, lockers and showers are conveniently located walking distance to the Columbine building. Combination to gate provided. NOTE** The current facility will be completely redone and is projected to close for the new construction April 01 2018. The new pool facility is scheduled to re open on December 01 2018.

Just as described
The condo had a spacious lodge look, and the location was close enough for our 4 and 6 year old to walk with us to the lifts, restaurants, and Main St. There were little extras that we appreciated, like a fully equipped kitchen, games for the family, and DVD movies for the kids to wind down. We had a great family vacation- thank you!

A perfect "home away from home"!
Our stay was wonderful- convenient to skiing, shopping and dining- all within a short walk. Our stay was comfortable, cozy and extremely welcoming. Hoping to visit again next year!

I would highly recommend this condo. The condo was accurately represented on the website, very clean and comfortable. Just a few minute walk from the Quicksilver Superchair. Stan was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate staying here on our next visit.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, great size for two couples and a kid. Pretty toddler friendly, nothing dangerous to worry about with the kid. The location was fantastic, we came to Breck to ski and it’s only a 5 min walk to the quicksilver lift and you are on the slopes. Avoided having to drive and park. Nice underground parking at the condo to leave car. Only a 5-10 min walk into town (depending where you want to go), we enjoyed walking Main Street and the vibe after a fun day of skiing. Stan was very pleasant to deal with, highly recommend. Very responsive on the first night when we needed a little help. Overall we had a great trip and would stay there again, hopefully next year!
