Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! Also, our property care team works very hard to get the homes spotless by check-in time, so please understand that their goal is to make your stay more enjoyable and do not interrupt them if you do happen to arrive a little early.

Great one bedroom condo. Had all the needs for our stay and would stay again. Would prefer a unit not on first floor as you. Are kind of on display with blinds open. Having blinds that opened top down would help

Nice amenities and great location

The place was great-we stayed here in the fall/rainy season and because we knew that we wouldn’t be spending a lot of time outside we decided to splurge a bit on our accommodations. So many beach hotels are tired and outdated, but they still charge a good amount because of the demand/location. This condo was modern, cozy, and had everything you could want (and more) for a couple. The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was great, the bed comfy, and lots of options for seating/watching TV.

The only disadvantages were that since it’s a ground floor, you really don’t have privacy because it’s right on the paved walking trail that parallels the beach. I would advise some different window shades in the front that can close from the bottom up for a bit more privacy but still allow natural daylight and a partial view. The other issue is that on checkout day you have to meet with people to do a walkthrough and turn in keys. We had to adjust our last day’s schedule to meet at either 9:45 or noon, which was inconvenient and also a surprise. I imagined we could just leave the keys in the condo and leave, but that wasn’t the case.

This was my first experience with HomeAway and I will use them again.
