Property Description:

Efficient Studio with full kitchen and Washer/Dryer in the unit which is very rare to find. Wifi is Included with your stay. The balcony is very comfortable with seating area to enjoy the Park view, coconut trees and the "WoW" factor is the view of the ocean and Waikiki Beach!

The studio has 1 King Size Bed (note: we can convert to 2 Twin Size Beds-$20fee)

Full Bathroom with shower.

Parking is upon availability in building with fee. Surrounding hotels is approximately $35 daily. Ft DeRussy parking lot (across the street) has a $195 monthly special.

The condo is in a very nice location to the beach, bus route, shops, and everything else you want. The condo apt. was large enough for us for the 2 weeks we spent there. The apt could use some updates but for the price we paid as compared to other highly priced rooms was fair. Real Estate agents were very cooperative and responsive to our needs in regards to parking across the street and several minor issues. The carpet in the room was clean but needs to go. The tiled part is adequate and if entirely tiled would be a positive. We enjoyed the fireworks from our lanai and watching the sunset .The only really noise was from the garbage trucks in the am when the backed up.Beyond that is very quiet in the rest of the condo. We have stayed in other sections of Waikiki and liked this section as not congested as other parts.

Not Great - not terrible

Waikiki Shore is an awesome building/location that can't be beat, but this unit is not the best. High marks for communication with Rick and his staff, but the unit (as all other reviews attest) really needs improvement, or seriously discounted pricing. Yes, the food smell and laundry noise wafts up to this unit and there is nothing that can be done about that - thus an appropriate discount would be in order. (Also ongoing construction noise in the daytime - jackhammering the wall next door. It's not their fault, but I know of other owners offering partial refunds in concession when this happens.) The unit itself really should be refreshed and updated. Seriously, you guys hear it again and again - replace the small area of old, stained, worn carpet with tile and you'll get better reviews! (Wouldn't cost you much, and could probably be DONE in a day!) It really is tacky, and doesn't look/feel clean. Also, the bedding (sheets/covers) are old and had a strange, strong "air freshener" odor - as if sprayed rather than laundered." Another cheap/easy fix! Other than that, the unit was clean and nice. Less updated than others in the building we have stayed in, but OK. My real complaint was the misleading charges. The rate advertised nearly doubled by the time all the extra fees and charges were added. We have stayed several times in this building and paid much less for the same size (nicer) unit - half the "cleaning fee and no additional fees. Sorry.

nice beach front hotel

very comfortable and clean place. the bed is very comfortable, was made for me and husband to a king size sleep. having a kitchen is nice to have, but so many places to eat near the hotel. even food trucks in the block on beachwalk.

i love the shave ice at the hotel beach shops. we learn to much fun

my husband and i would like to stay here again

((( Beachfront ))) Waikiki beach can be seen from the balcony of your unit. Rentals for surfing and other fun stuff is immediately available. Next to the Hotel is Ft DeRussy Park that has volleyball, handball and walking trails etc. On the beachfront of Waikiki Shore has path that stretches 2 miles. Going West is the Hilton Hawaiian Village and further down is the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Going East next door is the Outrigger Reef which features the Shorebird Grill....keep going West is the Sheraton Waikiki and Halekulani Hotel....then you will see the "Pink Palace" The Royal Hawaiian Hotel.

Across the Waikiki Shore is Trump Tower International. Beachwalk Ave (Hidden gem) leads to many cozy eateries and new addition Bill's and Hard Rock Cafe. On the next street is Lewers Street where you will find the Center of Waikiki's "Hot Spot"! Lots of shops and famous eateries and Sports Bars ( The Yards House). Go to Roy's Restaurant for local fusion or to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center to the "Food Court" where it features lot's of casual Local and Asian style cuisine or even a Cheeseburger!

Kalakaua Ave is the main cross street just a large block from the Waikiki Shore.

Be adventurous and visit some beaches most tourist do not know about. Go to our website blog and see "Our Favorite Beaches!"....also blog on "Live Waikiki Camera/Duke Statue"....etc.
