Picture yourself in this newly remodeled Handicap Accessible Townhouse. The kitchen includes, Granite Countertops, all New Stainless Steel Appliances (Dishwasher, Fridge with in Door Ice and Water, Oven, Stove, Microwave), all dishes, pots, pans, slow cooker, coffee maker, and anything needed to make any meal are included. A bar area accommodates 6 people. Additionally, a rectangular folding table and chairs can be set up for more formal dining. A brand new sofa sleeper is located in the living room.

A large tiled roll in Shower, is in the downstairs bathroom. New Front Load Washer and Dryer are located upstairs. The place has all new furniture. Including new queen beds in the 3 Bedrooms. A bonus Loft sleeps an additional 5 people, Perfect for Kids. In total there Are Enough Beds to Sleep 11 Comfortably. 2 separate Living Rooms accommodate different tastes, one upstairs one down. A Wood Burning Fire Place will keep you warm on those cold, snowy evenings. Everything You Need for a Comfortable, Relaxing Vacation is included (Towels, Bed Linens, Etc).

*Please note-only 2 cars are allowed in the parking lot overnight with a permit. Any additional cars will have to be parked in an overnight lot for a $5/car/night fee

The property is amazing. Very spacious, comfortable and the neighbors are great!

A few friends and I had a great time at this place. We were able to cook some great meals. My suggestion, see what's in the kitchen before you go grocery shopping. A lot was provided that we had already bought. Again very spacious and comfortable. We truly felt like we were home. Definitely will be coming back. THANK YOU!!!!

Funky and Charming

Very nice condo. Enjoyed the setup. We had 2 adults and 4 kids during this stay and were very comfortable. In the downstairs area (living room and master) the heaters are a bit loud, so bring earplugs if you're not a heavy sleeper...upstairs is fine though. I would recommend the maximum comfortable number to be 3 adult couples (6) and 5 kids, however, the loft ladder is not very conducive to climbing by those older than teens...and not that easy for little kids. That's where all of the bunks for kids is located. Also, there is only 1 bathroom upstairs, so sharing could be an issue with that many adults/kids. There are only sliding screens for the master bedroom and into the master bath, so if you need "privacy" that might be an issue. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to book again!

Lovely large house

House was nice. Probably a bit older but the inside is renovated. Kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable. My kids loved the multiple levels, sleds on the porch, and a neighbor's Husky waiting for us on arrival on their front porch.

Cons: The unit has electric baseboard heating that took hours to warm the place when we arrived on a very cold night.

Accessibility: I use a wheelchair and the home's advertised access features were the major draw for us. Unfortunately, it is not to ADA or FHA code and had many issues for me. I am a strong para and use a manual wheelchair. The entrance door has a 2 1/2 threshold which was tough with snowy wheels. The door has only about 30" clearance so my chair barely fit and I could not push the wheels due the lack of clearance. .

The bathroom has a roll in shower, but there is only about 24" clearance to get past the toilet to the shower.There is not a bench in the shower. (There is apparently a shower chair locked up in the unit, but I had not made prior arrangements to use it, and could not get a key to the closet). The bathroom floor is sloped to accommodate shower drainage, but this made transferring to the toilet challenging as my chair was unstable. The toilet is set away from the wall and a pedestal sink and it has no grab bars so the only thing to stabilize with was the toilet tank at the back.

There is a master bedroom on the ground floor. The bed is about 28" high and has a memory foam mattress that did not compress at all. I could not transfer up to it (17"-20" is ADA standard.) I had to sleep on the pull-out couch in the family room - thankfully it was quite comfortable and I was only with family so privacy was not an issue.

The kitchen was mostly good for me. The sink and electric range have roll-under access. The dishwasher is elevated which was a luxury for me. The one problem was the refrigerator. It is a two-door vertical side by side fridge and freezer. Unfortunately, there was not room for me to open the fridge door and reach inside the fridge. (We put most of our stuff in the door so I could reach around.)

Owner's Response: Sorry that the unit did not suit your needs. I use a wheelchair myself, and I regularly use the house. And have been there using both a power and manual chair. Each person’s needs are different. By the way the house is listed as handicap accessible NOT ADA complaint, and there’s a difference. Regarding the shower and the bathroom, there are pictures of the shower and there is not a bench in any pics. I would never go anywhere and assume anywhere has what I need, especially if I required specific equipment. This isn’t a hotel. One call, text, or email could have saved a lot of hassle. It was 5 degrees with 6” of snow the day of arrival. Coming in and out and brining items in, probably did make it cold inside. It’s important to understand, each room has its own baseboard heater. So if you want the entire house heated more, EACH individual thermostat must be turned up. I include pictures of each room on the listing. I encourage people to look at each room and read the description to make sure the house fits your needs BEFORE arrival.

Great location, easy access to bus, awesome view, well equipped with all you need. Only caution: Loft not safe for younger children: very steep ladder, no safety gate at top. All else was wonderful!
