Quiet neighborhood!

Nice house with an open floor plan and most importantly the beds were comfy! Big TV and all the essentials were there, even a coffee machine!

Perfect for Us

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Villa. We had 2 couples and a single woman. We all fit in the spacious living areas. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

University of Tampa tour

Beyond amazing stay. Check in and out was a breeze. Meticulously clean. Best location for everything we wanted to do. We had a college tour at university of Tampa. Went to Bush Gardens. Went to beaches. Grocery shopping and gas is nearby. We will absolutely be back.

Nice & Clean

Although the home is on a busy street, my family and I enjoyed our stay. It was nice, clean, and only minutes from Bush Gardens. My only suggestion is to add televisions in the two other rooms besides the living room and main bedroom.

Great location, we are helping restore homes in the Tampa/St.Pete area. The house is great. Plenty of room to stretch out. Close to many things.

The original property ended up not being available but the host was able to put us in another property that was nicer at the same price. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the host being accommodating.

Christmas getaway

Great location. Very clean. Good communication with owner. Towels were very nice! Would have been nice to be able to stream our own tv. Volume on tv not adjustably. Ice machine did my work. All minor items but would have made stay better.

Home away from home

If you put high value in staying in a spacious, comfortable, secure home in a convenient location, this is the place for you. We couldn’t be more pleased with our two week stay here, and can’t recommend it enough. Excellent communication with the manage was a big plus.

Updated & Clean House

The house was nice and we felt very comfortable there. The house had a faint odor of animal urine when we first walk in but overall it was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay!

Did not get what we paid for

We paid full price for this property. We did not have access to the listed amenities. When the delivery of the household appliance was set, the property manager was absolutely inundating me with calls to assist the delivery people. Not a good experience for a hospital patient

Stay-cation

We live in an RV and needed a bigger place while my 15 yr old stepson visited. When entering the place was very clean and neat. Back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs. Thr hot tub was excellent!! After putting our 2 yr old to sleep it was perfect place to relax. The only thing I didnt like the house is off a busy road so I was always nervous getting 2 yr old out of the car. Also, the house did have a hard time keeping cool during the day but at night it was perfect. Overall, I would definitely recommend this home.

Perfect Family Home for Busch Gardens Adventures!

This home was perfect for our family of 5, and two dogs. It is located close to everything we had on our schedule…3 minute drive to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, 20 minutes to the Tampa Premium Outlets, and only a 30-45 minute (depending on traffic) drive to Tropicana field for this baseball loving family. :) Plenty of gas stations, grocers, and Target nearby. The house was perfectly clean, visually appealing, and had everything we needed to cook meals! The Welcome basket was so sweet and thoughtful with toiletries provided as well as snacks. It was a nice touch. The fenced in backyard was big enough for our kids to play catch, and our dogs to run around safely. We truly enjoyed our stay, and our daughter insists we rent this property again when we go back to Tampa!

Very nice and clean

I wish I had done my homework about the area, because I wasn’t aware the house was located on such a busy street, with so little parking. While the one time I spoke with the property manager, he was very friendly, however, I never received a response to any emails I sent regarding my stay or the items needing to be addressed on the property.

Good Stay

House is great but the check in process was frustrating. It would be helpful to indicate WHICH DOOR is the one you should be trying to unlock when you arrive. We had gotten a message before we went they would leave the light on for us. Upon arrival we approached the door with the light on & found a lockbox. We attempted to put in our 4 digit code with no luck. After MULTIPLE attempts we called the one & only emergency number. Someone answered & he took our information & nobody ever called us back. Luckily we finally figured out what we needed to do was go approach the door that was in the total darkness under the carport & put the code in that door. Like I said, a simple message regarding which door to go in would have cleared up this confusion. I find it disturbing that nobody is available from this management company in the event you really do need to speak to someone. The house itself was clean & nice. I would stay here again.
