Kitchen – Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and silverware—everything you need to cook at home.
Bedrooms – One king suite with en suite bath, and two queen bedrooms sharing a guest bathroom.
Outdoor Space – Private patio with comfortable seating, charcoal grill, and well-lit fenced yard.
Laundry – In-unit washer/dryer with iron and ironing board. (Note: Linen closet is locked for cleaning supplies—please contact us if you need anything.)

Our Commitment to Clean:
We follow CDC guidelines and use EPA-registered disinfectants to sanitize high-touch surfaces between stays. Linens, dishware, and service items are washed thoroughly. Contactless check-in/check-out and sanitation supplies are provided.

House Rules:

Pet-Friendly: $100 for one pet / $150 for multiple (fee sent after booking)

No Smoking or Vaping: $250 fee if smoke is detected

Late Check-Out: $300 fee applies

No Commercial Filming/Photography without written permission

No Lost & Found: Please check thoroughly before departure

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Villa. We had 2 couples and a single woman. We all fit in the spacious living areas. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice Stay

Stayed for four days for graduation at USF. House was perfect and we enjoyed the patio and grill.Check in process very easy and communication with host was good. They were very accommodating. Very close to Busch Gardens and USF. Many restaurants and store close by. Had no issues with the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here the next time we are in Tampa. Thank You

Nice & Clean

Although the home is on a busy street, my family and I enjoyed our stay. It was nice, clean, and only minutes from Bush Gardens. My only suggestion is to add televisions in the two other rooms besides the living room and main bedroom.

University of Tampa tour

Beyond amazing stay. Check in and out was a breeze. Meticulously clean. Best location for everything we wanted to do. We had a college tour at university of Tampa. Went to Bush Gardens. Went to beaches. Grocery shopping and gas is nearby. We will absolutely be back.

Home away from home

If you put high value in staying in a spacious, comfortable, secure home in a convenient location, this is the place for you. We couldn’t be more pleased with our two week stay here, and can’t recommend it enough. Excellent communication with the manage was a big plus.

The house was nice and we felt very comfortable there. The house had a faint odor of animal urine when we first walk in but overall it was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Very clean. Good communication with owner. Towels were very nice! Would have been nice to be able to stream our own tv. Volume on tv not adjustably. Ice machine did my work. All minor items but would have made stay better.

Stay-cation

We live in an RV and needed a bigger place while my 15 yr old stepson visited. When entering the place was very clean and neat. Back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs. Thr hot tub was excellent!! After putting our 2 yr old to sleep it was perfect place to relax. The only thing I didnt like the house is off a busy road so I was always nervous getting 2 yr old out of the car. Also, the house did have a hard time keeping cool during the day but at night it was perfect. Overall, I would definitely recommend this home.
