About the Property

A great apartment in a great location!

All of our apartments are stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, blow dryers, irons, ironing boards, and free wifi access.

304 is a two-bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 4 people. The kitchen, living and dining rooms are combined into one functional space where your family can hang out, watch TV, cook, eat and enjoy your vacation. This apartment is approx. 650 sq ft.

The master bedroom has a California King four post bed. It's high up - the bed sits about three feet off the floor, so there is a stool in the room to help short people get in! There's also a closet and dresser, a stuffed chair in one corner and a small writing desk in the other. The room is on the corner of the building and it looks down onto both E. Pike and Harvard.

The second bedroom has two "adult-sized" twin beds. This means they are longer than ordinary twin sized beds. The windows look down on Harvard Avenue and you can see the entrance to the QFC grocery store across the street.

The bathroom has a full tub and shower, and a window that goes into a central light well, adding daylight while maintaining privacy.

Please be aware that this is an urban environment. In our neighborhood you can expect to encounter people from all walks of life and hear noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, this part of Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, St. John's is an incredible place to experience the city from, and we have security systems, triple-pane windows to reduce the street noise as well as white noise machines in the bedrooms to make sure you sleep easy.

St. John's Apartments

Year Purchased: 2005

About: St. John's is owned by Mark Chambers and Oda Egeland. They live in the country, about an hour from Seattle, and use the short terms apartments as their in-city get away when they come to town. Bryce is the short-term rentals manager, he handles all of the booking and correspondence, as well as check ins. Johnny is the live-in building manager. He is the resident handyman and makes sure the place is always running smoothly. Please be aware that this is an urban environment. In our neighborhood you can expect to encounter people from all walks of life and hear noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, this part of Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay. Why Downtown, Seattle, WA, USA:
We began the search for our apartment building over two years before we found St. John's. We were very particular about the location, because we wanted something that would be extremely convenient for both daily living (like having the grocery store across the street) and also for travelers that want to walk to the convention center or downtown. Plus our neighborhood on Capitol Hill is one of the most up-and-coming areas in the city, full of vibrant life, food, night clubs, shops, galleries, it's all here, right around us.
