Convenient location

The person who cleans place had not cleaned out the frig. I had a question and called the contact person and left a message on her cell and left my cell number. She never got back to me. It is strange to have a microwave,frig., stove and have no table or chairs to have breakfast. Air conditioning was not working and we had 1 hot night. I would not want to be there in the summer if it is HOT like last summer was in Hot Springs.

Great spot in a great location!

We loved it. Eve was very accommodating! We ate twice at the restaurant across the street-Le Cochon-D'or-AMAZING! As good as any restaurant we have been to anywhere in the world! Walked to Spa at the OMNI...Hiking trails, golf, etc...We will be back!

The parking was the only issue we had, but struck a deal with the folks at Sam Sneads Tavern...

Owner's Response: So very sorry for the parking situation. I have a reserved space for you in front of the building. Unfortunately, I forgot to communicate this to your mother! There is no signage, so my bad. Hope to see you again at your next stay.

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST.

2. This is a NON SMOKING rental.

3. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $500 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in supplied trashcans, and soiled dishes are washed. d. All keys are returned within 7 days of departure and house is left locked. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. No linens are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check-out. h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or, the local law enforcement.

4 PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the home rental. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or credit card. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.

5. CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
