High Floor Designer Upgraded Two Bedroom Condo

Totally remodeled two bedroom, one and a half bath condo at our modern Waikiki condo. This high floor suite has Diamond Head and surf break ocean views from your living room or spacious lanai. Eat in or enjoy al fresco dining on the lanai with full size table and seating. In case you feel like preparing meals in the modern, fully-stocked kitchen has a gas stove and solid surface quartz counters.

This Waikiki condo is ideally situated in Waikiki; a short 5 minute stroll (300 meters) to the prime area of Waikiki beach known as Kuhio Beach, and right off Kuhio Avenue and the Kalakaua Avenue boardwalk for easy access to shops, dining and the Waikiki street entertainers and nightlife. The Food Pantry market is five minutes away, as is King's Village and its open market selling local fruit and baked goods on weekday afternoons. Kapahulu Avenue is also nearby , a Honolulu hot spot for local eateries, supermarkets, shave ice and malasada doughnuts. Also right nearby is Kapiolani Park, the Honolulu Zoo, hiking at Diamond Head, the Farmer's Market at Kapiolani Community College, and more. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom, and a walk in closet stocked with beach gear. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin bed to maximize sleeping options. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room if an extra sleeping option is needed.

For entertainment, the suite is equipped with a Smart TV and digital cable with free Showtime Movie Channels. We provide free Wifi and telephone so you can say connected and share your island adventures. A reserved, covered parking stall is included if you decide to rent a vehicle to explore the island.

The building has undergone over a million dollars in upgrades to the pool deck, including the pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, pool deck shower and these are all recently completed. The Rooftop sunning and barbecue deck and lounge counter upgrades are now completed for guests to enjoy!

Amazing, comfortable, great location to Waikiki

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was very comfortable with great amenities. We enjoyed the porch and the view of Diamondhead. Pool, whirlpool and rooftop area were added features. Hosts were amazing, very responsive and helpful. Excellent experience.

Decent location, good parking, but lots of little maintenance that is needed.

My family of 4 stood here for about a 3 week period. Location is pretty good and walking distance to many restaurants and beach. Parking is a plus here too. When I booked this place it showed that there is a washer &dryer , a/c etc.... yes there is A/C but NO WASHER & DRYER IN UNIT. You will have to do laundry on the 6th floor. Be prepared to get your own TP as there was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bath. No extra kitchen napkins nor extra bedding. There was only 2 bath towels for family of 4. I did email Jim and he had extra bedding & 2 towels brought to unit. The unit was not as clean as it should have been. There was sand in the unit and some sticky pink stuff on living room floor, kitchen and on the sheets to the full size bed. GROSS! the kitchen is pretty equipped which is nice, but the knobs on the oven are broken so You really have to make sure the burners are off and that the gas is off! The first morning I woke up to smells of other units breakfast.... I realized that every door in that building has about a 1” gap on the bottom which then leads to everyone’s smell lurking into everyone else’s units. The gap also leaves it open for roaches to go from unit to unit. We found a 2 roaches and I bought natural remedy for it as I don’t want pest control to spray while I’m there. I placed a beach towel on the floor to try and cover the gaps or the rest of my stay. The sliding door to the lanai needs to be oiled as it has a horrible high pitch squeaking sound when opening or closing and fix the lock on it as well. Both lanai doors don’t lock. The toilet paper holder needs to be tightened in both bathrooms as the screws are almost falling out and won’t hold the toilet paper. The A/C units in living room, and both bedrooms need to be cleaned as there where signs of mold and dirt. On the 2nd day I washed all bedding and cleaned condo as my family and had a few weeks there. I really don’t think the the owners really know the condition of he unit in terms of its cleanliness and maintenance. If these things are addressed I would have rated a 5 Star as my experience would have been more pleasurable. Location is good for walking to restaurants and beach. That was so nice! Parking was a big Plus too. Because of location just be prepared to hear plenty of emergency response vehicles , boy are those guys busy all day and night. Jim and his office are quite responsive and friendly which is a plus too I hope they correct the above.

great place with a close walk to the beach

a perfect place for myself and two daughters. The 2 bathrooms were very nice to have. We made good use of the hot tub every night. very secure building...easily walked to the Pantry grocery store on Kuhio...also took the bus for a 10 min. ride to the Safeway store for more serious food buying. The beds were comfortable, tv was fine. The only thing we needed was a cookie sheet. clean kitchen. Best part: balcony with tables and chairs with a wonderful view of beach, mountains, and Diamond Head.

Ten days in Paradise

We are a adult family of five on our annual holiday to Hawaii. This was our first time staying at Waikiki Lanais, in apartment #2010 on the 20th floor. First impressions of the the apartment was exactly as advertised and the pictures on VRBO. There was plenty of comfort and space for us to spread out when we were all at the apartment. Such a large lanai with those amazing views to enjoy anytime day or night. The 1 & 1/2 baths were well set up for all of us getting ready to enjoy the day. The pool and spa were well used by all. The 5 min walk to the beach was an easy walk and the best shopping, eating and drinking even closer on Kuhio Ave. The included car park was such a blessing as we had a rental car for the entire trip. Would we return to Apartment #2010 of Waikiki Lanais or recommend others. Oh yeah. We are already talking of returning next year. Mahalo, Thank you, thank you

Its ok , the only thing is aircondition is not working properly, it's not even cold the room ,

We have fun, we're satisfied but disappointed when payed for late check out but he said not guarantee, cancel right away make another plan but said dinnt receive my e-mail , so I dinnt get my money for the late check out , we're check out at 9:00am disappointed but overall we're happy
