This updated two bedroom condo offers an upscale and peaceful vacation experience you will not forget. Relax on the 25' balcony with your morning coffee enjoying ocean views, and listening to the gentle crashing sound of the waves.
This Marco Island beach front condo unit is on 12th floor of Tower #3, overlooking Tiger Tail Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Tiger Tail beach is a picturesque and includes a peaceful thirty-one acre natural preserve and shorebird nesting area. From the pool area Tiger Tail beach is a 6 minute walk and the larger resident beach is a 12 minute walk.
This renovated and newly furnished unit at the South Seas Resort is in a gated community, with a beautiful pool area surrounded by palm trees and lush landscaping. Also included is an onsite workout equipment room on the first floor. Our Condo Association does not allow pets or smoking in the building.
Accommodations include a plush mattress queen size bed in master with a 42' flat screen TV and DVD player. Two plush mattress XL twin beds in private second bedroom suite with a 32"' flat screen TV. A queen sized sleeper sofa with padded cover in living room, and a new 52" flat screen HD TV with Blu-ray player, new furniture, crown molding and tiled floors.
The kitchen has granite counters with a breakfast bar, self closing cabinets, SS appliances, new cooking utensils and complete furnishings including Keurig individual and 12 cup coffee maker, toaster and blender. Both bathrooms have granite countertops, tiled floors, mirrors and furnished towels.
Unit sleeps up to 5 people, 4 adults and 1 children. The sofa sleeper is best suited for children. Parties renting the unit must include an adult over 21 years of age. We can accept payment by check, or through the VRBO instant payment credit card system. For clients outside the US there is an additional 5% charge to partially cover additional costs for shipping and currency exchange. If you are inquiring outside the US please let us know.
Enjoy the amenities this renovated condo including private WI-FI, HD TV with over 100 channels, heated pool, great exercise room, under cover parking and laundry facilities. Boat docks, tennis courts, boche ball, shuffleboard are also available for an additional fee.
We include a Beach Cart, 6 Beach Chairs, 6 Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella and a Beach Cooler for use at the Pool or Beach. An infant Pak N Play and high chair are also included. There is also a laundry room on each floor of the building with commercial washers and dryers for guest use.
Walkout to the large heated pool or to the private access, coral sand, Marco Island Resident Beach that stretches for miles or Tigertail Beach which offers a picnic area with grills. There is a concession on the beach that rents inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddle-boats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats, which can be used to explore a tropical lagoon.
A person may cross on a waist deep sandbar at Tiger Tail beach over to small peninsula that leads to hideaway beach. Shelling on Hideaway Beach is the some of best you will find in the area.

We enjoy being right on the ocean. The beaches on Marco Island are very nice. Fine dining is also close by with many great selection options. Shelling on Tigertail Beach is the some of best you will find.

Nice clean and up to date condo. Had everything we needed.
The staff at the resort (tower 3) we're less than accommodating. You can tell they work there and act as if helping you is a chore. The gate guards were rude and spoke almost no English.
We have been to Marco for several times and it never dissapoints,

Very clean, well maintained condo. The owner was also very organized and responsive to all questions.
Clean, renovated condo walking distance to gulf, kayak and paddle board rentals, and restaurants.
Hurricane repairs going on 8-4. Was loud at times. Walk to gulf is 10+ minutes. Other than that we really liked the location and the condo. Owner was easy to deal with and we received our deposit in a timely manner.
Pool was nice. Security is a priority with these condos. Would return after construction is over. Maybe move to building one which is closer to gulf.
The condo was very clean and in a very good location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! :)
Great condo complex 2nd time here
The condo we stayed in was nice. The view was excellent from the balcony and decor on interior was nicely done. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was the cookware and untensils were definitely lacking. Owner was great to deal with and very friendly. Would recommend this unit to others.

Additional information about rental rates
We require all customers to review and sign a brief rental agreement. We will need you email and home address to complete the transaction. In addition we require a refundable $250.00 security/key deposit that is added into the total cost estimate. This deposit will be returned promptly when keys are returned and no damage is reported by cleaning service. In 98% of our rentals the full deposit is returned to guests. The resort requires a one time $25 parking permit for use of the garage. In addition the resort requires a minimum 7 night rental stay. Thank You
