3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Private Home With Enclosed Pool And Private Beach Access

This is a comfortable, inviting home perfect for families or couples with extra room for guests with a fantastic location on Middle Gulf Drive, private pool, and a private beach access directly across the street. There are 3 bedrooms on the second level with 2 fully renovated bathrooms (2015) and an additional bathroom on the first level near the pool. The bedrooms include a master suite with a king bed, and a brand new master bathroom. The two guest bedrooms include a queen sized bed in one and 2 twin beds in the other and these share the additional brand new full bathroom. The kitchen is recently updated and well-stocked and joins the open floor plan with the dining room and living area, all of which are also on the second level. There is a screened-in porch off the living room with comfortable lounging furniture that over-looks the scenic Sanibel River with loads of wildlife to watch. The private pool and hot-tub have a privacy fence, pool furniture, dining table and outdoor gas grill.

About Meredith Reimer

This house has been enjoyed by our family since it was built by our parents in 1984. As a family with 5 kids, we enjoyed years of family vacations in this home and our father and his wife spent many winters enjoying the community of Sanibel after his retirement. Sanibel is a wonderful island for families on vacations and retired couples in the off season and winter months with a welcoming community, fantastic location, and so many local and nearby activities to enjoy.

What makes this house unique

This house has everything you'll need to enjoy your time in Sanibel. With perfect location on the residential, beachfront road of Middle Gulf Drive, the house is short drive or nice bike ride from shopping, restaurants and activities. The house is comfortable, with updated kitchen/baths, well stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your time at the house. The beautiful private heated pool was recently re-tiled and the walk to the beach (private beach access for residents only) is a quick 2-3 minutes across the street giving you the best of both worlds! We have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for your use as well.

This is the perfect place to enjoy your stay on Sanibel Island, particularly if you are looking spend a month or more on island (retirees). Access to a private pool so you won't have to race for that perfect chair every morning. And if you are more of a beach person PRIVATE access is literally a one minute walk from the end of the driveway. The family that owns this piece of property has clearly lovingly maintained it. Clean, bright, well stocked with kitchen AND beach goodies. And the screened in porch overlooking the Sanibel River is something you won't find in any other rental on this island. PERFECT place to vacation!!
