After enjoying your swim or day at the beach, drive down around the block to the re-emerging Loiza Street, this District houses many: specialty shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, vegetable/fruit stands, etc. This commercial strip is a great place to mingle with locals or other vacationers and truly experience Puerto Rico.

Doncella 114 is a modern four-story town house in a small boutique complex. They’re a total of 4 townhouses. On the first floor you will find the kitchen and dining table as well as a small sofa and a glass door that gives you access to a small patio where you can BBQ after a day at the beach.
All its floors are made of polished concrete and its stairs of solid wood. In the second floor you will find a bathroom, a guest room with modern wooden floor, two balconies, plus a mezzanine area that has a futon. The third floor has two rooms (2 nd guest room and the masters room), and one full size bathroom. Doncella 114 also offers a roof terrace with ½ bathroom, kitchenette, and an exterior shower with view to the ocean. The terrace is ideal to take some sun; relax with your family. It also has two reserve water tanks of 150 gal/ea.
For those having a car, the unit houses a designated secure parking space with controlled access; the spot is adjacent to the unit for the convenience of handling: luggage, surfboards or other equipment.
Access from the Airport is very straightforward and less than a 10 minute drive (under normal circumstances). A 12 minute drive from the property will get you to Old San Juan, 90 min. to Rincon (world class surfing and pristine Town), 40 min. to Fajardo (most eastbound Town, great marinas and ferry terminal to Vieques and Culebra Islands).
