About Traci and Jamison Isaly
Jamison and I have lived in Montana for over 35 years. We bought a small farmstead in 1983, the year we were married, on Quinn Creek road, which is located near the Bozeman Pass. We have lived in the same cabin for 32 years and raised 3 children & many cats, dogs, chickens, pigs, calves, horses, ponies, plants, vegetables and numerous other critters. We love Montana! We love the outdoor arena, big sky, clean water, fresh air, and open space and family! We are both hard working committed community members. Jamison is going into his 25th year of teaching in Livingston. He is the high school Industrial Technology teacher at Park High School! I am a working artist, dabbling in a variety of mediums. My work can be found at The Raven’s Nest and in local shops in Livingston and other artisan shops in Montana. We hope we can help you experience a wonderful vacation by allowing us to be your host & hostess at The Raven's Nest, here in Livingston, Montana! Warmest regards, Traci Jo Isaly

Why Traci and Jamison Isaly chose Livingston
Why this property: We purchased this quaint and charming little home in November of 2013. It was in tough shape, but nothing that could not be amended! We have spent the past year and 8 months remodeling each room, some with lots of repurposed components. We tried to stay true to the simple, yet fine architectural lines of the original structure and found materials that were complimentary to the original intent. We were able to establish a fresh new easy-living style to the design elements and space. Many of building materials were either repurposed, purchased, harvested, or made locally. Because of the crisp clean & simplistic approach to the elemental decor, the space feels fresh, friendly and very inviting.
What makes this Bungalow unique
The location of this rental is so perfectly convenient, yet allows for some quiet space and privacy. The house was built strong and tight so is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Everything you need is literally minutes away, including walking/biking paths, the river, groceries, art, museums, dining, coffee shops, and even medical care! Throughout this lovely home you will be introduced to many of our local writers, artists, and musicians by way of their featured works!

Beautifully considered spot with thoughtful touches
My second time staying in this artistic space. Wonderful hosts and a comfortable vacation home where one can enjoy the sights inside and out.
Thank you Julie...so glad you enjoyed your stay and our wonderful little community! October is a great time to be in the area. Things are a bit quieter, yet there is much to see and do! Hope you can travel our way again sometime! Blessings!
Excellent in all respects.
Best all around property we have stayed in.
Lots of charm, great location, well appointed
We had a great time hiking in the area and enjoying fantastic restaurants - the home was a perfect spot for a long weekend in Livingston.
Great cozy home near downtown Livingston.
With close proximity to downtown Livingston and only 21 miles from Chico Hot Springs this home gave us the vacation we worked hard for all summer long. The house was perfect for our family of 3 for a weekend get a way. With a fenced in backyard for our dog to roam safely while we had our morning coffee, and friendly and safe streets for longer mid morning and evening walks, we enjoyed every aspect of this location. We highly recommend Ravens Nest to any small family. The owners have done a wonderful job decorating the house.
Thank you Barry! The bag you left is on it's way home to you!!!
Excellent stay as usual!
The overall property is clean, neat and convenient. We use it as a base to visit grandchildren in their home nearby and it can be a peaceful sanctuary.
We look forward to our next visit.
Comfort and convenience in Livingston
The Raven's Nest is a beautifully remodeled bungalow. The decor captures the western vibe of Livingston and blends it with the comforts of a fully outfitted kitchen and newer heat and A/C. The house is conveniently located close to the heart of town, yet is on a quiet street. The dining area opens to a lovely deck and backyard.
Livingston Montana is located right in the very heart of Yellowstone
/Big Sky Country. With it's population hovering between 7000-8000 people, the community is alive and pulsing with art, music, literature, fine dining, and the great and wonderful outdoor arena is close by for your enjoyment.
