Nice location & condo; could have been better prepared
Condo has a nice location, walking distance to both Vail Village and Lionshead. With skis you'll have to take the public shuttle, but literally all it takes is two minutes.
Condo is small but comfortable. Living room and kitchen area are ok size for 6 people.
One area that could have been better are few preparations that they didnt do. For example: they didnt have much toilet paper or paper towels, or any laundry detergent, so we had to go buy some right away. Pillows were low quality. Little things that would have made a big difference. Also, I would suggest they add a bench outside to sit while taking off ski boots. Most neighboring condos had them.
All in all, we enjoyed our time there.
Glad you had a good time in Vail. The housekeeping staff stock the needed paper products in the cabinets in each bathroom. If it was not there, all you had to do was call my on site manager, they will restock with any items that are needed. The pillows were all new at the beginning of the ski season...I will check on them. I will look into the bench....have not had that request before.
