Fully furnished open-spaced loft in the heart of the Gaslamp District.
Situated right in the heart of the Gaslamp District on 5th Avenue in Downtown San Diego, this open-spaced, completely remodeled loft truly is something special. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway for two, or a stylish bachelor pad for you and your friends, this loft is sure to exceed your expectations. Within walking distance of everything san diego has to offer, including the hottest bars and restaurants, petco park, seaport village, the convention center, and many museums, parks, and shows. Wanna go to the beach? The loft is also within walking distance to many of the trolly's, buses and taxis that will take you many of the great beaches in Southern California. Our loft is situated on 5th avenue, with large windows allowing you and your guests uninhibited views of one of downtown's most active streets.
Parking does not come with the loft!!! Most of my guests park in one of the nearby parking structures and pay for daily or nightly parking. LAZ parking garage on 5th and Broadway is a popular choice, as is the NBC building. There is also a parking lot right behind the building on 6th. Parkopedia is an app that allows you to find parking and book it ahead of time. Street parking is first come, first serve, and is free on nights and Sundays.

Why Travis Allen chose Marina
What better of a city than San Diego, California, often dubbed "America's greatest city." Loft-style living spaces are hard to come by in this city, and this unit combines a large and open living space with the coziness guests look for in a downtown stay.
What makes this Apartment unique
The location of 951 5th ave is one of the great attributes that makes this property great. The spacious style of the loft, along with the historic building and neighborhood it resides in, truly makes this property special.

Nice studio in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The only downside is that the bed is just inside the door and I would have felt a little safer at night if there was a deadbolt on the door. Just a thought!
The property was great. Has everything you can want and more.
The place was larger than expected and was in such a great location! Caleb was great at responding and was very helpful. The place was comfortable for 6 of us to stay the night. Would definitely recommend and will think of staying here again.
Best location ever and beautiful Loft to Relax in.
Loft 302 was an excellent place to stay in San Diego. Staying in the Gas Lamp Area was an amazing Experience. Gloss to all the restaurants and nightlife. The loft itself was perfect and very comfortable for a weekend trip. The layout and all the amenities it offered really made it way more comfortable than being in a cramped hotel room. Plenty of space to relax after a day out exploring. Soon as you step out the door you have access to everything in Gaslamp. We had our dog with us, so having a little park a block away was great for taking him out when needed. Although parking isn’t provided there in parking on a sixth street directly behind the loft that was easy. One warning if you leave to the parking lot to drive around, try to make it back before nightfall. Finding parking at night can be hectic. Other than that everything was great. I would recommend Loft 302 to anyone wanting a quick getaway and who wants to stay in the Middle of everything. Also even though you are in the midle of Gaslamp at night since the bed is in back of the loft you don’t hear as much the outside noise which was even more a plus.
Located on the edge of Gaslamp quarter. Close to restaurants. Within walking distance of harbor.
Up to date, clean, comfortable bed. Had everything we needed for a week stay.
Right in the middle of things
The spacious temporary home was ideal for our home away from home and centrally located for most of the things we wanted to visit or do. We walked to most venues and when we didn't want to walk, Uber drivers were very quick to arrive.
Studio was great size. Had 4 people, much bigger and more comfortable than a large hotel room.
Studio was clean, well kept, 2 TV's far away from each other which was convenient. I would stay here again.
