You may be wondering how St Thomas is faring after last year’s hurricane season! We were very fortunate; C-28 had no hurricane damage. Our Internet is restored and all systems are up and running. The beach and water are as beautiful as ever – and the coral and fish are wonderful as ever! The island is coming back: grocery stores, restaurants and shops in Red Hook are open, stores in Charlotte Amalie are open, grocery stores elsewhere are stocked and many restaurants have re-opened. Cruise ships are docking and, as you can see from dated photos, Sapphire Beach is doing well! The beach shop is open next door to Crystal Cove and scuba trips are being scheduled. All buildings on Sapphire Beach, including the resort next door, are intact.
COMPLETELY RENOVATED! Newly installed internet - simple log on and FREE for guests. C-28 was completely gutted and re-built - all is brand new from floor to ceiling! You will enjoy the tasteful, new kitchen with wood cabinetry, granite tile counters, glass tile backsplash and new appliances. In turn, the bathrooms are completely new with brand new fixtures and shell counters. A new washer/dryer is in the unit. The tile floor throughout the condo is new, as well as the closets. You have all the conveniences of home in a luxurious condo environment - at a great value! EAT-IN OR DINE-OUT: The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen. Food delivery to the beach or your condo is available from Seagrapes Restaurant, next door to the neighboring resort. There are many restaurants throughout the island, including Red Hook - 1 mile away. Rent a car, call a taxi or take the $1 bus that leaves at the end of the driveway.
EASILY EXPLORE OTHER ISLANDS! The ferry terminal is in Red Hook, 1 mile from your condo. It leaves every hour for the 20 minute trip to Cruz Bay, St. John. Visit Cruz Bay for shopping or dinner or take your car/rent a taxi for a day trip to snorkel the underwater trail at Trunk Bay. The ferry also makes day trips to Tortola, from where you can explore BVI Virgin Gorda Baths and Jost Van Dyke!

TERMS OF AGREEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: One night's rent damage deposit is required. Damage deposit is fully refundable within 30 days after rental, if there is no damage to property or missing items.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Two nights rent is due within 7 days of reservation, which will be deducted from the full rental price. The condo will be held out of the rental pool for 7 days from your reservation date. If your deposit is not received within 7 days, the condo will be considered available for booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: High Season & Thanksgiving: Refunds only if property can be re-rented for the same period. If re-renting is successful, there will be a 10% re-booking fee. Otherwise, no refund will be available.
Low Season: In all cases, if condo is re-rented, only a 10% re-booking fee will apply. Otherwise, terms are 30+ days notice, full refund less 10% re-booking fee. 16-30 days notice, 50% of rental is forfeited, if not re-rented. Less than 16 days notice, no refund, if not re-rented.
CHANGING DATES: You many change dates, based on availability, with a $100 change fee.
