We specialize in providing furnished and non-furnished housing in Atlanta and it’s surrounding metro areas, and currently serve various clients working and vacationing in Atlanta.

The Scott Bvld home is a beautiful renovated and fully furnished 1900 sq ft ranch style home, tucked away on 5 acres of serene land in an excellent neighborhood offering complete privacy in Tyrone GA. This property is just 5.1 miles (less than 10 min) to the Atlanta Pinewood Studios, 25 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and only 33 minutes south of Downtown Atlanta, where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, Georgia Tech, the World of Coca Cola, the Georgia Dome, and in close proximity many local attractions (i.e. Six Flags Over Georgia).

This is a 3 Bedroom (4 Beds) home with 2.5 Bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, Laundry Room, Office, a 2-car Garage, a Boat Garage and a big back deck with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ grill. This property sleeps 6 people.

There are comfortable couches, dining table & chairs, and more and it comes with a fireplace. There is 1 TV with Cable, a DVR, and a DVD player in the Living Room.

Please note that rates include all Utilities and Property Services (Water, Power, Gas, Sewer, Trash Service, Cable TV, High Speed Internet, Landscaping, and Pool/Hot Tub Service (if applicable), an estimated value of $400 - $600 per month).

Please note that pets are strictly not allowed for reservations of less than 30 nights. Pets can get authorized for reservations of 30 nights or more with explicit approval by the Management Company in writing prior to arrival; a Pet Fee of $200/pet as well as a higher Refundable Damage Deposit, some verification and additional acceptance of our Pet Rules are required.

Not for the Fussy

While this house technically ticks all the boxes, I found it to be an unpleasant stay. In general, the house is worn out and poorly constructed with obvious water damage to the ceilings and shoddy finishing work, like rusty air duct returns and broken doorknobs. There are dirty hand prints throughout the unit and scratched paint in high traffic areas.

All the furniture, while it looks great, is actually low quality and not comfortable, especially the beds. We determined the beds are 100% foam mattresses and are very soft. There are plug in oil based air fresheners in every room and the smell is overwhelming in a bad way. The worst part of our stay was the septic tank was malfunctioning and backed up into the bathtubs when I was doing laundry.

I can't recommend this property unfortunately in its given state.

Owner's Response: Dear Heather, we are very sorry about your unpleasant stay. We can understand your position about the sewer line clog and back up that occurred during your stay which fortunately was resolved by maintenance on the same day and within 2 hours of getting reported. Unfortunately that was an unforeseen and non-preventable maintenance issue which occurred as a result of one of the previous guests disposing solid feminine products which maintenance found in the clean out. However, while the property has a rustic cabin feel with vaulted ceilings and on large acreage surrounded by trees with total privacy, it has been thoroughly renovated and furnished in the last two years with all new furniture. We did have back to back bookings and a very high occupancy in December with families with kids right before your stay in the very end of December, and therefore touch up painting or tightening of door knobs which are minor standard wear and tear items may have unfortunately not been performed right before your stay which we sincerely apologize for. However, we had time and opportunity to thoroughly inspect the property and perform those update activities earlier this month during the vacancy period. The property, regardless, did not have any deferred maintenance (i.e. ceilings do not have any water damage, there is no shoddy finishes) as the property is inspected at least once a week in between guest stays. We had received feedback for the beds being firm at the same property which resulted in us adding memory foam toppers, so we do understand that different guests might have different preferences on beds. The mattresses themselves are less than two years old and are spring mattresses with memory foam toppers, all from Ashley Furniture’s medium to high quality product line. Most guests find the Glade outlet plugin air fresheners to smell nice and pleasant to the contrary of your feedback, hopefully you were able to determine that they can be simply unplugged from the outlet during your stay to prevent discomfort for you. We hope that you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Charming Ranch

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect for us. Location, beautiful house, clean, nice decorated, spacious. The house was the right size for our family of 5 and the back deck and land in the back was great for grilling and lots of space for our 2 dogs. We had everything we needed. The place is very clean and has a rustic, but also modern feel that makes you feel like home. Great for relaxing, extremely quiet and peaceful! Feels like you're miles from the city, but everything you need is just a short drive away. Owner was very prompt and accessible the whole time, even on the weekends. My wife is already looking forward to stay there again.

Nice and cozy with country feel

I rented this vacation home and it was just like it shows online. The home was very accommodating, it was very clean and decorated beautifully. It's in a very quiet neighborhood on large land, we enjoyed hanging out on the back porch and listening to different nature sounds at nights. Nothing but trees out in the back and around the house which gave us nice privacy. The owner accommodated us last minute so thank you for that.
