This cozy condo located within Savannah's Landmark Historic District is just steps away from historic Greene Square, among the antebellum homes, and beneath the live oaks dripping with Spanish moss. The famed Pirate's House is a short walk away and just beyond is exciting River Street. There is no more convenient location.

The parade route for St. Patrick's Day celebration is a block away.

Enjoy home-away-from-home comforts for your visit to 'America's most beautiful city.' Situated on the second floor of an historic, circa 1915 brick building, this unit offers one bedroom plus a convertible sleeper sofa and accommodates up to 3 guests. There is one full bath with a shower. High quality linens and towels provided. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and is outfitted with amenities needed to prepare a large meal. The living room provides seating for a total of 4. There is a flat screen TV, Roku streaming player and Netflix. High-speed WiFi is also included.

The condo is pet friendly.

PARKING - There is both Metered Parking and Free Parking! Parking is relatively easy at this location. There are meters on the north side of the building that are usually unoccupied. The meters are FREE on Saturday and Sunday and are enforced Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. If you go less than 1/2 of a block to Greene Square, Parking is free, as well as on the south side of the building. You may also pay for a visitors pass at the Welcome Center which allows you to park at meters and not have to pay.

Early check-in! Our standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Text when you get into town to see if you may check in early.

About Jennifer Restivo

My husband and I moved to Savannah in 2006 from Carmel, California. We traveled here in 2005 to 'meet the parents' before we married. When I saw the price of real estate for historic homes, the decision was instantly made to travel cross-country for a new adventure! Nearly 10 years later we are still excited about our decision. This property is fun, funky and groovy. Very much a community feel - you may meet locals in the courtyard who are friendly and a wealth of information. This unit is less than a 10 minute walk to River Street! It is airy and recently updated. It's location combined with the price is next to none! Walk across the street to enjoy a meal at Cha Bella or grab a Conquistador sandwich at Zunzi's for a picnic in Greene Square.

I can't repeat what a great location this is. Sister and I walked everyday. All over and I have a bad knee and back. So close to City market, river St. all the restaurant shops fun places to go. There are even place's across the street to eat. The Whole page of suggestions Jenifer gives you of places to eat are wonderful. We only made it to 2 of them. But excellent food and great severs. I slept on the pull out and even with my back woke up feeling refreshed each morning. Make sure you walk the other way for plenty of great local places to eat as well. Visit the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist Church totally amazing. If you go around 2 Pm on a sunny day it is the prettiest. We were told this by a local.. The people here are so friendly and sweet. My first time to Savannah was awesome. I will be bringing the Hubby back soon. Thanks Jenifer for helping make our vacation affordable and comfortable.

Cosy and cute!

We loved our stay it's perfect for a couple get away! It was very easy to walk where ever we needed to go. Only called for a taxi once. We parked our car in a free spot and didn't move it the entire stay. Would love to stay again!

Another great trip

Beautiful Pied a’ tier! This is our 3rd property of Jennifer’s that we stayed in. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable bed. It is close to River Street and within walking distance to City Market. We are thankful that we can travel with our dog and stay at a beautiful property.

Cute and Cozy Condo

This is the second time we stayed in this rental and it was great as usual. The place is clean with all the needed amenities and the location was perfect. Both times we had street parking right in front of the unit. Walking distance to all the fun things to do in Savannah!

Perfect weekend stay!!!

The place was exactly as described, sparkling clean, and in a fantastic location. My fiancé and I were able to make quick stops at the apartment during the day in between tours and sightseeing! Communication was great and directions were clear. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Savannah.

Good location

This condo was rustic and quaint on the edge of the historic district. Everything was in walking distance and parking right outside was a plus. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. Upstairs neighbors are loud throughout the night since there isn’t good sound barriers in an older building. The bed is very soft and also squeaky. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Situated half a block from historic Green Square to the west and the quaint Cha Bella restaurant to the east, this location is perfect for walking all around town. Only two blocks south of Broughton Street and a three minute walk to Bay. There is free off street parking around the immediate area so you can arrive, park and never worry about the car until you leave.
