2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Condo On Jones With Private Parking Spot
This upper level 2-story condo will set the mood for your Savannah vacation. Cheerful and relaxing, this condo is fully equipped with everything you need during a short or longer visit to our beautiful city.
You can easily walk to Clary's Cafe or Firefly Cafe both are barely 2 blocks from the home. There are literally hundreds of other restaurants within 0.5 to 1 mile of this address!
Please do not use instant book for parties of more than 4 people, we need to approve groups of 5 on a case by case basis. Send an inquiry without entering your credit card info and included details on your group along with any questions.
On the main level you will find bedroom #1 which is a Queen size bed. The full bathroom is also on the main level, with its entrance off the kitchen. Upstairs you will find bedroom #2 with a Queen size bed. The living room has a ridiculously comfortable leather love seat with electric recliner option which would accommodate a 5th person to sleep there if you have a person #5 who does not mind that.
So when we say we sleep 5, we sleep 2 to each Queen size bed and then will allow one extra on the recliner, making it suitable for 2 couples plus a single.
Park your car behind the building in the private off street parking area and forget about meters, street sweeping or fighting for a spot. This address is in the Historic District of downtown Savannah so everything is walking distance! The riverfront is about half a mile north of here and the famed Forsyth Park is about half a mile south.
The kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped for cooking basic meals at home. Private laundry is included for your convenience. Linens and towels are provided.
There is one flight of stairs from the front door to the main level of this condo. This is not suitable for anyone who cannot walk up steps.

Savannah is a walking city and it's hard not to love that lifestyle. This condo is a great location and I know it well because I used to live across the street from 2008-2012. I manage 6 other vacation rentals on this same block! This is a residential area of the Historic District so you won't walk out your door and see bars & commercial establishments but a several good cafes are within a 2 block radius (Clary's, Firefly, Liberty Street Grill), and the River is half a mile away. Jones Street is known as the prettiest street in Savannah.
What makes this Condo unique
The private parking area in the back is great because one does not have to read street sweeper signs or worry about when the church has services (which fills the block with cars).

Really enjoyed the location and setup of this place. Great to have designated parking. Quiet street at the edge of the historic district. We walked most places.

This place is in a great location to everything. It is older and in need of updating so if you are the kind of person looking for that - this will disappoint.
Cozy, attractive condo in Savannah.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo on Jones St. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The weather was disappointing, cool and rainy, but we did have a good time touring Savannah.
Very quaint and perfect for a getaway for the hubby and myself. Parking was difficult but only when we first arrived. The church 2 doors down was having service so the street was full. After that it was very easy to park right out front.
Beautiful residential street!
The townhouse was located on a beautiful residential street. Everything was very spacious. The neighborhood was within walking distance of anywhere you wanted to go in the Historic District. Although we walked home late several nights we did not feel unsafe. Loved all the beautiful squares!
Overall the property was very charming, cute and cozy. It fit our needs perfectly.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The size of the home was a perfect fit for us, as my husband and I had one room and our girlfriend had the other. The bathroom is laid out much like a hotel with toilet and shower in the bathroom and sink/vanity just outside the door so it was nice that us girls could get ready at the vanity while my husband was using the bathroom, etc. And even in the hot sticky Savannah temps, we were always comfortable in the home with the central air. There were just a few areas for improvement, which overall would NOT keep us from staying here again but thought it was worth sharing. Right theough the front door you have to go up a decent size flight of stairs to get onto the main floor of the unit, which was not a problem for us but if you struggle with stairs, this may not be the choice for you. The attached unit next door has several dogs and on our first day they were incessantly barking until the owner came home later that evening and then they did settle. We did not have any other encounters with the dogs, they did not keep us up at night and did not seem to get out of control after that first day so perhaps they were just missing their owner who was likely at work that day, given it was a Friday. Also, I was a little nervous about the lock on the door which is an electric one with numeric code. It seemed to work great but also seemed a little flimsy like maybe a chain on the door would give a sense of extra security. That being said, the neighborhood was quiet and within a twenty minute walking distance to the parks and downtown area. There are several little diners and lunch spots very nearby also, which was nice. The unit itself had a lot of charm and accommodated us very well. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to any of our friends :)
This home is walking distance to Smith Brothers Butcher Shop, Liberty Street Grill, Firefly Cafe, Clary's Cafe, Mrs. Wilkes, Leoci's and many other great restaurants.

If you have a "refundable deposit" it will be refunded automatically by VRBO 7 days after checkout if no problems are reported.
