It's updated, fresh and ready for you. Just remodeled Sept. 2016 with new master bathroom shower, new furniture in both bedrooms, new desk, dining set and some living room furniture. Fresh paint in every room. New lighting and ceiling fans. New lanai furniture. Large almost 1000 sq ft + private double lanai. Roof top garden has 2 large gas BBQ's (seventh floor) with full sun. A great sunbathing area and the most incredible views and sunsets. Only 65 units in this complex. Meet the great 'Locals' and other visiting world travelers like yourself for a cocktail at sunset on the roof.

You will love our third floor unit- away from the elevator and street noise. You will wake to the sounds of tropical birds and the crash of the ocean only 100 yards away.

About Tom

We have lived in Santa Rosa CA since 1986- Love to dive, swim, hike in Maui- Bought this place 12 years ago because of the location. It's a very short walk to the beach and we can walk to shops and restaurants. We can't imagine being anywhere else.

Tom purchased this condo in 2005

Why Tom chose Kihei

We have been coming to Maui for years with our children. Now that our children are adults we love owning at Kamaole Beach Royale. We love it for the location and we especially love our unit on the third floor. It is very open and has a private double lanai, one lanai is by the living area and the other right off the master suite. There is less noise because it is several units away from the elevator. We love it here.

Nice accommodations at Tom's and he has all the toys you could need. Beds very comfortable and great location near the beach. We definitely recommend his unit.

Loved it

We really enjoyed our stay at Tom’s condo. Location is absolutely perfect. We loved our time and the view on the lanai as well as the sunset on the roof top patio. The condo was well equipped with great kitchen Items.

We will definetely consider to book again and highly recommended it to our friends and family members.

Chamberlain SD and Anchorage AK

Delighted with the place.

Five adults had plenty of room. Clean, safe and beautiful views of the ocean. Grill area was astounding. Every visitor in the other suites were just as pleased. Pool was convenient and clean. Our grown kids were delighted with the convenience of shops and restaurants - and of course the beach. The best of all beaches for Kihei. Only heads up for other visitors is the management isn’t kidding about one car per suite; despite our proactively seeking suggestions from the office where we could safely park, despite leaving a phone message requesting either permission for a second car (the rules mention this) or suggestions where to park a rental car - the posted rules in the elevator are evidence others have faced this before - Bob, the property manager, chose to bang on our son’s front bedroom window late that evening (we were all in bed) rather than call or reply to the note we’d also posted on the car itself. The discussion grew loud as our son is protective of his pregnant fiancé and my husband had to quickly limp out and intervene. I guess every vacation has its ups and downs, and “What about Bob?” now holds a humerous place in our memories. Oh, and no matter how poorly the next guy parks, don’t crowd the lines in the parking lots or Bob will leave you a note about that, too. Other then that, we cannot find any fault with Tom and Janet’s condo, nor their prompt handling of the Bob issue (since Bob hadn’t returned our call or responded to our note, they quickly replied to our message asking them where to park .... even though they were dealing with having lost their home in the California fires.) We are in awe of their dedication to ensuring their guests have the time of their lives. We did - and one son “gave” us news of an upcoming first grandchild, on top of all of us reliving our last visit during their childhoods, all the while all of us enjoying new relationships and new memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better place, really. Tom and Janet think of everything.

Maui is a wonderful place to relax - We picked this location to own after many years of visiting and always enjoy our return trips. We are sorry that the parking was so tight- especially over the Christmas and New Year Holiday the condo complex can book up 100% at times. Most of the year there is extra parking for a 2nd car. Bob does have the unfortunate position of having to enforce the parking so that there is at least one spot per unit by the end of the day. He is normally/ generally a very nice guy and has been at the complex for at least 15 years now. Tom and Janet Davis

Great place to stay in great location

Very clean 2BR 2 bath condo within 100 yards of great beach. Property owner had all amenities provided including beach equipment. Property owner also very responsive to all questions. Well maintained property with great double lanai and great view. Would definitely rent again if returning to Maui.

Most excellent!

Tom and Janet's condo was very clean, spacious, well appointed and in a great location. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi worked great. Walk to a beautiful beach in 2 minutes. Nice relaxing pool. Plenty of beach toys, towels. Go to Maui Bread Co. for fresh out of the oven breakfast items. Try the poke bowl at Coconuts, delicious. So glad we chose this condo. Thanks Tom and Janet.
