We have owned this property with our good friends for 20 years and restored it to it's original glory from the ground up. We have both rented and lived in this house on and off for 20+ years and still live and work in the area today. You will often see my husband working on the grounds. We have all lived in Charleston for over 25 years and truly enjoy helping people seek the best Charleston has to offer!

Good locale. Cozy digs.

The parking situation was not to our liking. The 'apartment' was clean and relaxing and the patio was wonderful. Really quiet neighborhood and safe to walk at night to town and back. We had intended to return to this locale, but the recent hurricane cut our trip short by a week, so obviously we would stay there again. The owners are nice....wish we could have met them in person.

Short walk to King St, and numerous eateries and bars. Quiet stand alone building (formerly a garage turned into a nice living area) with everything you need onsite.
