We have owned this property with our good friends for 20 years and restored it to it's original glory from the ground up. We have both rented and lived in this house on and off for 20+ years and still live and work in the area today. You will often see my husband working on the grounds. We have all lived in Charleston for over 25 years and truly enjoy helping people seek the best Charleston has to offer!

Everything You Need
Approaching the converted garage is a little scary as it looks like a dilapidated old garage. Parking is a little odd, glad we had a small car. You walk in a gate to a lovely patio. Spacious, inviting: we ate, snacked, or happy houred several times out there! The apartment itself is perfect. The space is very efficient and comfortable. Literally: everything you need! We walked or biked everywhere, never moved our car! Location was perfect, on the edge of historic Charleston, but very convenient. We would happily stay here again. Ginny and Kevin responded quickly to any questions, and we had no issues. Highly recommend this hide away for two!
This garage apartment is nice and in a fairly quiet neighborhood . It is a good location off King Street with lots of restaurants and nightclubs. It is walkable to go downtown or to the waterfront. There was off street parking for one car. Nice full kitchen, although we did not end up using it, and washer and dryer. Cute back yard area. We found the bed somewhat uncomfortable and pillows flat with no alternatives. Communication with owner was good.
Clean, convenient, affordable and great location to stay. Good walking and driving distance to restaurants, historical sites, and entertainment. Highly recommend.
Perfect place to stay in Charleston.
This apartment in Charleston was perfect for us. We were within walking distance of the downtown shops and could easily hop the free bus in Charleston if we wanted to go a little further out of town. The apartment was clean and neat and the just the right size for 2 people. It even had an outside patio area and bikes for us to use. Owner was helpful and easily reachable. Kitchen was well supplied and a bottle of wine was there for us when we arrived. Would highly recommend this place to stay.
Exactly what was stated. My son and I had a wonderful stay. Very close to everything.
