About Brigitte Lange
Hi! I'm a mom of three-Tennyson, Eliot, and my last, Whitman, a wife, and a country girl from Mississippi who graduated with an M.S. of Communication Disorders from Ole Miss. Kris, my husband, and I moved to Nashville 10 years ago. We were driving around the city one beautiful Saturday morning when we stopped at a yard sale in Lockeland Springs. It was an urban Mayberry, and we decided at that moment to put down our roots here. We bought our first house 2 months later. We discovered a gem that day. We fell in love with East Nashville for its strong sense of community, its love affair with local retail and restaurants, its walkability, and its proximity to all things Nashville. I look forward to connecting with people and helping them experience Nashville as a local. Thanks for checking out my listing, and I look forward to speaking with you soon.
Why Brigitte Lange chose Lockeland Springs
The Posh Tudor sits in an incredible location, Lockeland Springs. One of Nashville's first neighborhoods, this historic, urban area is full of energy, creativity, and community. It is known for its local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. It isn't cookie cutter, and if you want originality and culture, then the Posh Tudor will deliver.

Nothing says relaxation, great location, easy commute to Broadway and wonderful property management like the posh Tudor. Family and friends enjoyed another fabulous vacation in Nashville. Many thanks Brigitte you were fantastic and took care of us.
This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood is pretty convenient location wise. It is an older neighborhood. My main concern when staying somewhere is safety. This neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet. There were a lot of people out walking around the area and walking dogs. I never once felt uncomfortable. The house was very clean. The downstairs bathroom was very small but not really unexpected for a house of this age. The upstairs bathroom was much larger. Keyless entry was great and we had no issues during our stay. My dogs loved the fenced in yard. There is a small hole under the fence along the back so we had to monitor the dogs while out there since they are small enough to fit under. We had a rabbit in the yard one day and it took off under the hole as soon as I took the dogs out. The snacks were very welcome. We had been traveling all day so it was nice to have something while we were getting settled before we went to dinner. Thank you so much for making us (and the dogs) feel welcome. The laundry area was the perfect place to set up the 2 dog cages. Plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again!
Roomy and very clean home!
We enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room for all of us, including 2 children. The back yard provided extra space for them to play. Neighborhood was quiet!
The house was very cute and clean. The beds were super comfy.
We found the location was great for getting to downtown quickly. The house was lovely, I would stay here again.
Eastside Posh Tudor Was Lovely!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house! The location was so convenient for everything Nashville and the neighborhood is really beautiful. We enjoyed walking to restaurants, a neighborhood Tomato Festival and a convenient little market 2 blocks away! The beds were very comfortable. The house is spacious and true to the photos! The only thing I would recommend is that if you advertise beds for up to 12 then you should provide table service for that many!! Wine glasses would be a welcome addition!! Our friends that we were staying there with celebrated an Anniversary while we were there and it would have been nice to have wine glasses to toast good Champagne out of instead of jelly jars and plastic cups! With that said, I would recommend staying here!!
Cute, amazing home!
Had the best time during my stay in Nashville! This 4 bedroom home was amazing! The home was extremely clean and in a great area. It was nice to be in East Nashville, close to everything but not in the crazy hustle and bustle of Broadway. The bedrooms were a great size. Brigitte was a fabulous host, answering all of our questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. Loved the extra touch of a basket of candy/coffee and a few snacks, made the place really feel like home! The laundry room was a great addition and made the stay even better. Would highly recommend this property!
