It is a perfect location for out-of-town visitors because it is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with close proximity to South Broadway, the University of Denver, Porter Hospital, the lightrail, and downtown Denver. You can walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and more on South Broadway. The park across the street offers incredible views of the mountains and sunsets. Perfect for friends and families to get together!

The property was great! So many places nearby, that you can drive or even walk. Beds were super comfy and appliances were new. If you’re trying to avoid driving in a big city like I was, this place was perfect! Great places to eat just down the road!
What a wonderful gem!
McKenzie has a great little place so close to DU, great restaurants and not too far from downtown. Beds were comfy, towels plush and plentiful, and the house was clean as a whistle! I was so intrigued by the wonderful use of space, architecturally, and the sheer number of windows. Wonderful light from every side! I will definitely be making this my Denver home-away-from-home! Oh, and she was super responsive when we had questions about the house. See you again soon Rosedale.
Convenient location and set up
We recently stayed at Morgan's place and found it to be conveniently located (15 min or less to downtown, Children's museum, Asian district). The property was as pictured, and very clean. It was thoughtfully set up, with everything we would need, including dish washing soap, toiletries, plenty of dishes for a family of 5 etc. Most importantly, we found Morgan to be a gracious, flexible, and responsive host. I had numerous questions throughout the planning stage as well as during our stay, which she addressed immediately or at most within 24 hrs, and where possible, made accommodations to make our stay more convenient. Thank you Morgan for generously opening your home to us! We highly recommend this property and would stay here again.
The house was was a great choice for us to stay while we were in Denver.
The house looks like it was recently renovated throughout. For my wife and I, this was a better option than a hotel. The location was convenient to all highways and the city. We would stay here again if we return to the same part of Denver.

This unit is located in the Harvard Gulch area of Denver. Conveniently located near South Broadway, which is lined with unique bars, restaurants, antique stores, and more. Minutes from the University of Denver, Porter Hospital, Old South Pearl Street, and a lightrail station. Downtown Denver is just five miles away, making catching a game, seeing a show, or dining out a breeze! Pack a picnic and head across the street to the beautiful City of Kunming Park to watch the sun set over the Rocky Mountains. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet near all that Denver has to offer!
